NI Planning Consultants offer a wide range of planning and architectural services ranging from:
Planning Applications
Advice on planning for Industrial applications, residential developments, single dwellings, extensions, retail applications, agricultural applications, renewable energy applications and waste management applications. This process involves conducting an initial client meeting, a detailed site visit, application preparation, project design, submission to Planning Service, liaising with clients, Planning Service and other public bodies and submission of building control applications following approval.
Enforcement Cases
Discuss the enforcement issues with the clients following enforcement action, conduct history searches for the sites, hold meetings with Planning Enforcement Officers and advise clients on possible solutions to enforcement action including; submitting a planning application, appeal the enforcement notice, provide evidence and negotiate with Enforcement Officers.
Planning Appeals
Advice on planning appeal procedures, site visits, appeal statement submissions and public representations at appeal hearings
Area Plan Representation
