Digital services and platforms company Kainos has collaborated with celebrated local comic book artist PJ Holden to create DragonSlumber, a huge virtual spectacle taking place at W5 Belfast on Sat 23 Feb.
DragonSlumber is the largest immersive experience that has ever been created in Northern Ireland. Through VR and a mini 3D world, young adventurers will encounter giants, ogres, meteors and volcanoes in their quest to gu...ide fairy Lottie back to her home in Fairy Nook.

Children in Northern Ireland (CiNI), the regional umbrella organisation for the children’s sector in Northern Ireland, are rolling out the Think Family model to the community and voluntary sector. Put simply, it is improving parental mental health by acknowledging that children, young people and their parents do not exist or operate in isolation.
Think Family training, funded by Health and Social Care Board, is being offered free of charge to professionals and individuals who... work with families or individuals in a support role within the community and voluntary sector. Dates in February - 13, 14, 19 & 22

Won a competition for a dvd, never received it and have contacted them about this but they have failed to acknowledge or respond to my messages. Very disappointed and have 2 upset grandchildren who were looking forward to a new DVD!

Disappointed that competitions r restricted to people only in Northern Ireland. This is a multi culture and Ireland should be included. If this isn’t possible then ALL competitions should have CLEAR t&cs stating this fact to stop people wasting time entering competitions that they can’t win !!

Very disappointed in your decision to promote the potential destruction of our country by promoting a parasitic international company which is seeking to remove the wealth of our nation with little, if any, concern for the environment and the people.

If you've been paid to promote this it may have been at a very high price.

In my opinion as a parent of 3 kids in NI NI4kids has lost all credibility.

Supporting an organisations which didn't even acknowledge the existence of children in a local school roughly a mile from their proposed processing plant which would use CYANIDE does not sound child friendly.

Shame on you, do you what Dalradian Gold plans on doing under a mile from our homes, schools and community hall. Please do yourself a favour look into gold mining and cyanide processing plant, research the damage it causes to the environment and people's health. How can you send emails to other children parents knowing what could happen our children in the future. I am hoping you made a genuine mistake and will send out apology emails to all and ask them not to support such a toxic industry.

I cannot understand how this group, which promotes everything child friendly, now supports a company which is threatening the wellbeing of children in the Sperrins. A company which doesn't even acknowledge the existence of those same children, as they don't acknowledge the existence of the school as even being there. Shame on you Ni4kids. Is their financial input worth people's loss of support for you? Doubt it.

I can't believe that Ni4 kids is asking people to support the SPERRIN GOLDMINE (Dalriadan Gold) which will bring profit to the already wealthy and destruction to one of our most beautiful areas. Shame on you, I am unsubscribing immediately.

Huge disappointment to see NI4kids promoting and supporting a Canadian gold mining company with plans to destroy not only the Sperrins, an area of outstanding natural beauty, but also people's health, family and homes....have you even looked into what this company does? Or did you just grab whatever they offered you and put the blinkers on? Believe me...its a very bad move for NI4kids I suggest you do some research

Dalradian handing out money again for support why would NI4 kids be advertising them when it supposed to be a family site for fun thing to do Dalradian are not making families or the people of the sperrins lives better they are going to destroy the Sperrin mountains ����
