With over 30 years of experience Amanda Lewis’ aim is to make the entire process of designing and creating a Wedding or Celebration cake of your dreams as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Her hope is to offer a bespoke service covering the entire of Northern Ireland.

Amanda wants’ to listen to your ideas and plans regarding your cake and together with you to come up with that perfect design to suit your colour schemes taste and budget. She also wants to create a cake that most importantly tastes good.

I have been cake decorating for many years, I first took cake decorating up as a hobby at the age of 16 and have loved it since. I have completed several courses over the years these have been at Craven College in Skipton North Yorkshire also at Cheltenham College. They include Patisserie and Confectionary (City and Guilds Merit) also Intermediate Cake Decorating and Wired Sugar Flowers for which I obtained a Credit for both examinations. I have also completed an Advanced Cake Decorating course for which I achieved a Distinction in both categories.

I have also exhibited some of my work which has awarded me a Salon Culinaire Diploma (gold medal) also a bronze medal in Oxford, and Diploma of Merit for Chocolate Couverture work.

I have been making bespoke celebration cakes as a small business in England for over 20 years, and have been thrilled to be able to make cakes for clients weddings held at many prestigious locations including Kew Gardens,

I have also taught at workshops and short courses in the Herefordshire and Gloucestershire area. These have proven to be very successful and enjoyable for all who attended.

I hold a current health and safety food handlers certificate.
