Hello! I am a photographer based in Armagh, Northern Ireland. I have been taking photographs for over fifteen years and have gathered a great deal of experience personally as well as professionally, and I regularly attend courses and talks to continually improve my work. I absolutely love my job - photography has been a long held passion of mine, and I like to inject a bit of my eccentricity and quirkiness into my photos!
I like to keep things relaxed, fun and free flowing, and to capture the real character of people in photos, and I think that can only come out when someone feels comfortable and is having fun!

Look at this handsome lad! Finn made this so easy for me, he was full of craic and suggestions and was just a joy to spend time with. He may be my new assistant ¤śü Happy Holy Communion Finn!

This is one of those classic photos where it's actually way better that one of them didn't smile, or even look at the camera; she's exactly herself, and I flipping love it! Sometimes these photos are the most natural representation of your small person, whatever their personality; in my daughter's case, some kind of bat-loving, eyebrow smouldering, non joy jumping, rainbow wearing child!
... I find that when you let kids relax and have fun in photo sessions, this sort of thing happens, and they end up being the favourite out of the whole gallery. Anyone else got a chalk and cheese photo to share?!

A lot of people in the Ballymoyer area know Tracey McVerry from White/Rock Glass Studio, you might even have a piece of her incredible glass in your house - I do! It's stunning. She's so talented at her craft, and she's an absolute gem of a gal!
I spent a really fun, giggly morning drinking tea and taking photos of Tracey for Ulster Tatler, and for her new website that will be coming soon!

It's Friday! Happy Fri-YAY everyone! We're in for some good weather folks, yeeeaaahhh! My winter coat has been in and out of the cupboard so much these last few weeks. Last weekend though, we had some beautiful weather, perfect for taking photos of The Fay family in Palace Stables for Donnacha's Holy Communion :)

I was delighted to work with Etain O'Kane, taking natural and quirky headshots photos for her rad new website: Ordinary Badass! Etain is such a delight; she's eloquent, articulate, extraordinarily clever, very beautiful, and she has such a calm and reassuring composure. you really know she's listening; I nearly told her my entire mental health back catalogue before I'd stirred my sugar in my coffee!

Oh my gosh...what did we all collectively do to deserve this amazing weather?! And it's going to last for a few more days...I can barely contain my excitement. I have at least three jumpsuits that have been waiting for JUST this weather!
However....as we all know this is rare weather; and rain is often on the horizon (literally!), and as I am an outside photographer I get asked this question a lot - What do I do if it rains?!
So I've written a blog post about rainy days pho...tography that I hope will reassure anyone thinking of booking with me, and past clients can tell you - it really is ok...in fact, sometimes it's even better :D

Happy Friday everyone! I found myself among a literal carpet of bluebells last weekend and squealed with glee, and have been holding out hope the chill would sod off, and promised sun would come - for BLUEBELL MINIS!!!

With huge reluctance I gave Miss Molly over her gallery of photos that I was having so much fun editing... Molly and I had a ball in Poets Glen, scampering about in the hail getting photos for her Confirmation - you'd never guess it was freezing by the style of Molly, what a gem she was! A fun afternoon with the Devlin family, celebrating Oisin's confirmation, and Clady GFC's joint Player of the Year! Ryan made a frankly heroic effort to not barf into his winning trophy cup after a night of well deserved celebrations ¤śé Congratulations both of you!
I am beyond in love with my updated new logo! I think it really reflects what I do - taking quirky, happy, fun photos out in beautiful nature!
