The Northern Ireland Film & Television School is based at two of SERC's Campuses. This page showcases the work produced at the Bangor Campus (Ballynahinch is home to the other course). At Bangor we offer a two year part-time HND in Creative Media Production (two full days a week). Students will undertake units covering Scriptwriting, Camera & Lighting Techniques, Music Video, Fiction Production for Moving Image, Editing Techniques and Documentary Production amongst others. . . In their 2nd year, students will also spend time on an industry placement. It's an exciting time for the film and television industry in Northern Ireland and we aim to equip our students with the skills required to work in the industry. In Bangor we have excellent facilities including two fully operational studios and industry standard cameras, sound and lighting rigs as well as an Avid Suite. The teaching team are all industry professionals and students will have access to a range of masterclasses and workshops from visiting media professionals during the course of their studies. . .
