Nifty Needles Description
I am a craft tutor who holds classes teaching the skills to spin, felt, knit, crochet, sew, patchwork and various other related crafts. I do spinning demonstrations as well as facilitating and tutoring various crafts to community groups. I also have a shop that sells yarn and knitpro accessories. Also in the shop is locally handmade top quality unique items. The shop is open by appointment only.
I can cater for local craft or women's groups who would like to come out for morning or afternoon tea and a look around the quaint shop which is in the country. this needs to be arranged beforehand.

Love this learn to crochet class. I'm a total beginner, and the patience Nancy had with me was fantastic. Coffee and a treat was always a bonus. Fell in love with Holly ( dog ) that alone deserves a 5 star.
Learned so much about sewing from Latisha, patient, encouraging and friendly, she was an excellent teacher. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn a new skill. Can now alter clothes to fit me perfectly!
Latisha is brilliant has the patience of a saint to work with me love and enjoy Tuesday night classes look forward to them every week I find it very relaxing after a hectic day
Just attended my first sewing/quilting retreat and absolutely loved it! As a relative beginner and outsider I was made very welcome, helped and encouraged, and came away feeling I have not only aquired new skills but new friends also x
It was amazing. Very capable instructors and lovely company. Excellent hospitality and lovely experience. Met many nice girls and I’m so glad that I joined in. Still unsure what was the best part the learning or Nancy’s superb baking. xx.
I've just completed the learn to crochet classes and I am amazed what Nancy achieved with us in just 8 sessions. Nancy is an excellent teacher and very patient, the atmosphere is relaxed, the craic is good and the tray bakes are amazing. I am now totally hooked and looking forward to the advanced classes in the Autumn!
Finished the beginners crochet class last week and really enjoyed it.
I couldn’t have learned so much without Nancy, thank you.
I look forward to the advanced class later in the year �
Brilliant ladies! Latisha took me one on one for a sewing lesson and she really is great; patient, explained everything well, taught me a few new tricks and a great sense of humour made for a fun lesson! Thanks again xx
Brillant crocheting class 8 weeks went to fast but learnt so much highly recommend
Been doing drop in classes for nearly a year now. Absolutely love it. Half way through a learn to crochet class. Great atmosphere and a lovely teacher. Also gets bonus points for the animals

I’ve learned to crochet and now learning to sew on a Monday night with Nancy .. have made so many new friends through the classes .. the relaxed atmosphere is just amazing and the yummy treats at coffee time are delicious .. it’s definitely a 5 �recommendation from me .
