Yesterday I visited Nobletts to choose wallpaper. The shop has a fantastic large display of papers available but the most impressive thing about the visit was the Sales Assistant Michelle. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to co-ordinate various papers so I could have a few choices/matches. She extremely helpful & friendly as well as having a brilliant eye for colour/design.

Went in to have a nosey at wallpapers for my wee boys nursey and they were so helpful and understood what i wanted for his nursey. They let me have plenty of samples and i will be taking my wee girl back to decide on her wallpaper now. Thank you.

Tank you for an excellent service, paper delivered within 3 days and excellent quality. I have recomended to friends and family. Ordering was easy now the hard work begins, scraping, painting and hanging the paper.

Search everywhere for a specific wall paper and could only find for ┬Ż60 per roll!! Found similar on this website for an amazing ┬Ż3.49 a roll, couldn't have been happier. Sample came through quickly together with a 10% off discount card. Ordered 7 rolls and together with postage came to less than ┬Ż30 .... will definitely use again. Thank you

My husband and myself went to nobletts on 18/01/2017. We went to get wallpaper for the hall stairs and landing. On arrival a lady took us to the top floor and showed us some wallpaper. We picked a fresco wallpaper she said it had to be ordered as they hadn't got ten rolls. But she didn't tell us it wouldn't be ordered until 23/01/2017. We then left ┬Ż50 deposit and she said we would have it in time for the decorator coming on 30/1/2017. We waited until 25/01/2017 and they hadn't got the paper yet and told us it might be here on Thurs and Fri of last week. However when it came to this morning they still had no paper for us. When we ordered this paper we were not told the order would not be placed until 23/01/2917 nor were we told that this paper had to come from Germany. So after all that we got a refund and we will Never use this shop again after sales service was terrible. We then went to B & M Connswater we got paper in five minutes now very happy. If you want good service do not go to Nobletts

Love this shop could spend hours in the place. The staff are all so friendly and helpful to. Went in with a different image in my head and got talking to the staff and ended up leaving with something completely different and I absolutely love it ’┐Į’┐Į. Thanks again nobletts.

I just wanted to say a big thanks to Michelle (1st floor). She went above & beyond to help me pick the perfect paper today & she was excited about it as I was ’┐Į! She is fantastic at her job & I just wanted to say thanks again ’┐Į

I have met many sales persons. However, two of the workers here are great asset to the store Michelle and Paul. Double act. Very funny, friendly and helpful. They know their stuff regards wallpaper. But much more itŌĆÖs the way they deliver the service with a cheeky chat from Paul Moneypenny and Michelle hilarious antics! Ask for them by name say I recommend them!

Having recently moved into our 1st new home I was totally clueless about decorating etc! Arrived at Nobletts not having a clue where to start, Ann and Florence were amazing! Finding me matches and always keeping my budget in mind. I feel they went above and beyond wat was expected. Absolutely brill shop and great staff! I think they cudnt wait 2 get rid of me lol .. but will be back to sort out rest of the house soon!

Had a recent shopping trip to this fantastic store... purchased absolutely fabulous wallpaper for my whole house... the staff went out off there way to help me.. the customer service and value for money was second to none... First time visit to Noblett's today and had the good fortune of being assisted by the best shop assistant I've EVER come across, a lovely lady called Michelle. I arrived in with curtain fabric that I wanted wall paper to match. After ten minutes or so, another sales assistant came to relieve Michelle so she could get her morning break, which she proceeded to give up so that she could get me sorted with what I needed. I'm sure I took an hour and a half trying to decide on 3 co-ordinating papers and nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. She put as much care and effort into her work as if she were choosing for her own home and all with a lovely manner and attitude. Noblett's, you have a gem in this lady, I cannot believe how helpful and caring she was. Made wallpaper shopping a pleasure!!

I love this shop onli thing puts me of is the guy who wears the glasses never has a smile on his face and i think hed b hapi if his staff were battery operated apart from him the staff r brill grt selection of paper to much but always get wat i go for ......so mr manager as i work in customer services i know wat to expect of the service im being provided jus wee tip for ya xx

Always liked this shop as they have a great variety of wallpapers to choose from. I am curently shoping for wallpaper and reluctant to go here after reading the reviews. Sounds as though the staff need some training on dealing with the public.

We have shopped in Noblett's several times for wallpaper and paint for 2 upstairs bedrooms, upstairs landing, the stairs, downstairs hallway and our spare room downstairs, spending a very large sum of money and giving Noblett's great business (along with recommending to friends).



However, we have now experienced the WORST customer service of our life with this store. We had one roll extra from the vast amount of wallpaper and paint purchased (it was expensive wallpaper) and Noblett's would not let us (a) obtain a refund or (b) offset it as a credit note against more wallpaper which we were buying yesterday. We had the original receipt but we were two weeks outside of their own 30 days refund terms, even though we asked for store credit. We explained the amount of business we had given to the store and it was met by a shrug of the shoulders, ignorantly brushed off and simply tough luck.



As a result we did not buy the additional wallpaper and regret ever spending a penny in this shop.



I will be speading the word to friends, family and work colleagues to avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service went in to get paint mixed to be ushered towards other colours that I did not want then went to someone else and to be spoken to like rubbish. Staff are rude and unwilling to help I had a bad experience last year when I asked for a specific colour they told me they would mix it and mixed the wrong colour resulting in me having to spend an extra ┬Ż25 quid on paint and leaving me with a tub that I did not like or want as it was completely different. Won't be back!

Really disappointed today, I rang twice yesterday about two papers I had seen online. I asked was it possible to leave it over to be told if itŌĆÖs online they have plenty of stock and I had no need to worry and to call up to collect it. Went today and our first choice was only there in 6 different batches so that was no use, our 2nd choice was the same only a selection of batches. A complete waste of a trip and now IŌĆÖve still to try and get the wallpaper and they donŌĆÖt open on a Sunday!!!

Nanny bought wall paper wanted an exchange was told nothing can be done as it's on sale. No one even told her it was on sale. And there was no sale signs. She is 66 years of ages bad hearing and bad eye sight. They made an absolute fool of her laughing at her also manager threatened her with the police. Poor poor company!!! I will make sure people hear about this

I was in the shop today when a woman was buying wallpaper price at 3.99 the very rude man at the till told the woman the paper had the wrong price on it and would have to pay the 7.99 I think you will find the woman should have got it for the 3.99 the price that was on all off them it may have been a mistake but it nobletts mistake the woman .oh and the woman did spend a lot of money in the shop .

Went in to have a nosey at wallpapers for my wee boys nursey and they were so helpful and understood what i wanted for his nursey. They let me have plenty of samples and i will be taking my wee girl back to decide on her wallpaper now. Thank you.

Search everywhere for a specific wall paper and could only find for ┬Ż60 per roll!! Found similar on this website for an amazing ┬Ż3.49 a roll, couldn't have been happier. Sample came through quickly together with a 10% off discount card. Ordered 7 rolls and together with postage came to less than ┬Ż30 .... will definitely use again. Thank you

My husband and myself went to nobletts on 18/01/2017. We went to get wallpaper for the hall stairs and landing. On arrival a lady took us to the top floor and showed us some wallpaper. We picked a fresco wallpaper she said it had to be ordered as they hadn't got ten rolls. But she didn't tell us it wouldn't be ordered until 23/01/2017. We then left ┬Ż50 deposit and she said we would have it in time for the decorator coming on 30/1/2017. We waited until 25/01/2017 and they hadn't got the paper yet and told us it might be here on Thurs and Fri of last week. However when it came to this morning they still had no paper for us. When we ordered this paper we were not told the order would not be placed until 23/01/2917 nor were we told that this paper had to come from Germany. So after all that we got a refund and we will Never use this shop again after sales service was terrible. We then went to B & M Connswater we got paper in five minutes now very happy. If you want good service do not go to Nobletts

Love this shop could spend hours in the place. The staff are all so friendly and helpful to. Went in with a different image in my head and got talking to the staff and ended up leaving with something completely different and I absolutely love it ’┐Į’┐Į. Thanks again nobletts.

I love this shop a vast range of wallpapers. Staff always helpful. People who are complaining about refunds have to realise this is a business and if they take too long to bring it back there at fault not the shop.

I have met many sales persons. However, two of the workers here are great asset to the store Michelle and Paul. Double act. Very funny, friendly and helpful. They know their stuff regards wallpaper. But much more itŌĆÖs the way they deliver the service with a cheeky chat from Paul Moneypenny and Michelle hilarious antics! Ask for them by name say I recommend them!

Having recently moved into our 1st new home I was totally clueless about decorating etc! Arrived at Nobletts not having a clue where to start, Ann and Florence were amazing! Finding me matches and always keeping my budget in mind. I feel they went above and beyond wat was expected. Absolutely brill shop and great staff! I think they cudnt wait 2 get rid of me lol .. but will be back to sort out rest of the house soon!

Had a recent shopping trip to this fantastic store... purchased absolutely fabulous wallpaper for my whole house... the staff went out off there way to help me.. the customer service and value for money was second to none... First time visit to Noblett's today and had the good fortune of being assisted by the best shop assistant I've EVER come across, a lovely lady called Michelle. I arrived in with curtain fabric that I wanted wall paper to match. After ten minutes or so, another sales assistant came to relieve Michelle so she could get her morning break, which she proceeded to give up so that she could get me sorted with what I needed. I'm sure I took an hour and a half trying to decide on 3 co-ordinating papers and nothing was too much trouble for Michelle. She put as much care and effort into her work as if she were choosing for her own home and all with a lovely manner and attitude. Noblett's, you have a gem in this lady, I cannot believe how helpful and caring she was. Made wallpaper shopping a pleasure!!

I love this shop onli thing puts me of is the guy who wears the glasses never has a smile on his face and i think hed b hapi if his staff were battery operated apart from him the staff r brill grt selection of paper to much but always get wat i go for ......so mr manager as i work in customer services i know wat to expect of the service im being provided jus wee tip for ya xx

Always liked this shop as they have a great variety of wallpapers to choose from. I am curently shoping for wallpaper and reluctant to go here after reading the reviews. Sounds as though the staff need some training on dealing with the public.

We have shopped in Noblett's several times for wallpaper and paint for 2 upstairs bedrooms, upstairs landing, the stairs, downstairs hallway and our spare room downstairs, spending a very large sum of money and giving Noblett's great business (along with recommending to friends).



However, we have now experienced the WORST customer service of our life with this store. We had one roll extra from the vast amount of wallpaper and paint purchased (it was expensive wallpaper) and Noblett's would not let us (a) obtain a refund or (b) offset it as a credit note against more wallpaper which we were buying yesterday. We had the original receipt but we were two weeks outside of their own 30 days refund terms, even though we asked for store credit. We explained the amount of business we had given to the store and it was met by a shrug of the shoulders, ignorantly brushed off and simply tough luck.



As a result we did not buy the additional wallpaper and regret ever spending a penny in this shop.



I will be speading the word to friends, family and work colleagues to avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service went in to get paint mixed to be ushered towards other colours that I did not want then went to someone else and to be spoken to like rubbish. Staff are rude and unwilling to help I had a bad experience last year when I asked for a specific colour they told me they would mix it and mixed the wrong colour resulting in me having to spend an extra ┬Ż25 quid on paint and leaving me with a tub that I did not like or want as it was completely different. Won't be back!

Really disappointed today, I rang twice yesterday about two papers I had seen online. I asked was it possible to leave it over to be told if itŌĆÖs online they have plenty of stock and I had no need to worry and to call up to collect it. Went today and our first choice was only there in 6 different batches so that was no use, our 2nd choice was the same only a selection of batches. A complete waste of a trip and now IŌĆÖve still to try and get the wallpaper and they donŌĆÖt open on a Sunday!!!

She is 66 years of ages bad hearing and bad eye sight. They made an absolute fool of her laughing at her also manager threatened her with the police. Poor poor company!!! I was in the shop today when a woman was buying wallpaper price at 3.99 the very rude man at the till told the woman the paper had the wrong price on it and would have to pay the 7.99 I think you will find the woman should have got it for the 3.99 the price that was on all off them it may have been a mistake but it nobletts mistake the woman .oh and the woman did spend a lot of money in the shop .

Yesterday I visited Nobletts to choose wallpaper. The shop has a fantastic large display of papers available but the most impressive thing about the visit was the Sales Assistant Michelle. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to co-ordinate various papers so I could have a few choices/matches. She extremely helpful & friendly as well as having a brilliant eye for colour/design.
