It looks like 3 individual medals and a possible team medal at today's Great Ireland Run which doubled as the Irish 10k Road Championships. Conan McCaughey led the charge with an excellent 4th place finish.

Great results, old and young yesterday.
In Stormont our masters men secured silver in the British masters championship. Eamon White, Neil Carty & Nat Glenn took 2nd place in the 45-54 cat. Eamon and Neil also secured gold & silver individually. Individual medal also picked up by Laurence Johnston with a bronze.
In Kildare two of our promising juniors competed as part of the intermediate St Malachy's team in the Irish Schools event in Kildare. Mathew finished a very impressive 9th with Luke finishing 40th. This helped the boys finish second team in Ireland!

He's done it! After 4 successive 2nd place finishes Mark McKinstry secures the top spot in today NI & Ulster Senior XC! 👊
The men also secured 2nd place team, and with that were crowned XC league Champions!

Great to see so many NBH at today's Stormont XC. Philip Goss led the men with a 2nd place finish followed by John Black in 3rd. Top participation points scored from both the men and women which should see both teams move up some positions in the league. Well done all. 👊

Individual Silver for Lawerence Johnston and bronze for David Clarke and Eamon White in their respective age groups.
And bag of county medals as well.

NI & Ulsters master champion Mark McKinstry led a strong NBH team to a masters trophy today at Barnett Demesne with a scoring team of 1st. 6th, 7th & 8th. Well done men.

Well done to all Harriers racing in today's International XC in Comber. Mark McKinstry delivered another great performance finishing as 1st NI & Ulster team member. Matthew Lavery in the U17 race also had a great race in an NI vest finishing as third scorer.
Record club turnout at Mallusk Cross Country today. Kids, women and the men were out in force with the men taking all three spots on the podium and winning the male team trophy. Also super well done to Max, Peter, Roise and Erin on their podium finishes. 👊👊👊
Congratulations to Conan McCaughey on his win today at the Festival of Cross Country in Bangor. Conan took the male open race win by a comfortable margin.
