We play volleyball, its our thing! We have a women's and men's team and train Thursdays 7. 15 to 9. 30m at Bangor Tech. and all summer on the Beach.
North Down Volleyball Club Description
Our Team Bangor Sharks. We play volleyball, its our thing! We have 1 women's and 2 men's teams, and train Mondays 8-10pm at Aurora, and Thursdays 7-9. 30pm at Bangor Tech.
During May right through to September period we also play volleyball on the Ballyholme beach. We can be out every night or depending on weather we can be out only on monday nights. Contact us to find out if we are heading out anytime soon. Usually we post on here if we are out but there could be that time we are just out in the spur of the moment.
