Went to Laughter Yoga last night led by Nuala McKeever. It was absolutely beautiful. Laughed so much, had relaxation and slept better last night than I have done in months. I also go to mindfulness classes weekly which are so relaxing. This review is long overdue. Well done Nuala and team. X

This is such a fantastic space - so relaxing. My Reiki treatment was out of this world and I have booked on to the next sessions of mindfulness and meditation. Really looking forward to it. In an ever increasing stressful day to day life this centre is most definitely a little piece of paradise. Fantastic!!!

The most relaxing and welcoming space no where else like it in the city

Suffering from chronic stress, headaches back neck & shoulder pain. I went for a reflexology treatment with Nuala at the North Star Health & Well-being Centre. I wasn't sure if reflexology treatment would help with my problem, but the stress and pain relief was unreal, I was totally relaxed for the first time in weeks. Totally at peace. I would highly recommend a visit to the centre.

Revitalised and fulfilled are just a few words to describe how I felt after Nuala's Reiki and Reflexology sessions on me. As well as being a multi-talented and a super positive person, Nuala has created the most wonderfully enchanting place to relax both your body and mind.

Just had our staff wellbeing day in North Star. It was amazing. Thank you Nuala, Maria and Ellen. We had Yoga, Meditation and a range of wonderful treatments. We were made feel so welcome. The centre has the most amazing energy. We will be back soon ����

I've had the most amazing Reiki and Reflexology treatments with the lovely Maria over the last few weeks. This i booked for my own wellbeing and has helped me immensely. The feedback from Maria after each session is amazing and sometimes i was blown away! Im so glad this lovely warm place is in my area no need to travel further anymore. Would highly recommend... u will not be disappointed

I would just like to take the opportunity to thank the very talented and must spiritual relaxin woman I have ever met Mrs ellen hastings I went for a treatment of reflexology as my baby was breech with her help my baby turned. I then returned at the end of my pregnancy because i was overdue and on my 2nd course of reflexology ellen worked her magic the next morning my waters broke and I ended up having a natural birth to my gorgeous baby girl. I believe this woman is a miracle worker. I highly recommend north star to everyone beautiful place and such a calmin atmosphere xxxx

I never imagined I would enjoy reiki as much. It was mind blowing. I for sure will be visiting this centre in the near future ��

I had the most beautiful and enlightening pamper day with Nuala at North Star today. The energy is absolutely amazing, I felt so relaxed and at home and was treated like a goddess today. I so needed this self-care today as I have had a really busy schedule and challenging few weeks. Nuala helped ground me and I am now feeling really peaceful. This will most defiantly be a regular gift to myself, of Reiki followed by Reflexology at North Star. Self-care is so important to allow us to help others we must fill ourselves up. Thank you so much Nuala, you are amazing..xoxo

I had an Aromatouch massage today by the lovely Sandra. The blend of oils used combined with Sandra's light touch was just bliss. Thank you Sandra <3 x

Had my first ever reflexology treatment today with the beautiful Nuala and it was absolutely amazing! You sure have the gift of healing in your hands. I felt so relaxed and still am (In fact had to have a sleep when I got home lol). I definitely will be back for more! Thank you xx

Had a wonderful reflexology treatment with Nuala this evening. The minute I went in the door l was feeling the calm and relaxed atmosphere. Would highly recommend North Star Well being.

From the moment you walk into North Star, you immediately can feel the peace and the calm. Just had the most amazing Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candling treatment after a busy day. Would highly recommend. You should really try this. Looking forward already to my next treatment in 4 weeks time.
