What an Open Farm Weekend we had! Starting with our School's Day Out to C&L Mushrooms on Friday 17th, Northway launched its Bank of Ireland Open Farm Weekend proceedings. We were delighted to host pupils and teachers from Windsor Hill Primary, St. Coleman's Primary and St. Patrick's Primary - all local to Mary and Gerard's mushroom farm in Mayobridge and the first to complete the Award Winning Northway Mushroom Trail! Another big part of our event on Saturday 18th June at C&L Mushrooms was the attendance of Q Radio's Big Bus and Q100.5FM's Kevin Mc Allister who spoke to the hundreds of guests that came along on the day to find out all about local mushrooms and how they are produced!
