Starting young - Developing and maintaining healthy habits at an early age can be a real challenge. Our main man Alfie(2 years 4 months and 18 days) is dairy intolerant so we have to scan food labels constantly. Almost all processed foods have a dairy product as an ingredient which can be a pain. We find it better to make the tough decisions today for an easier tomorrow. e.g. reducing the sugar intake for children means they will be less likely to develop sugar cravings as adults. Luckily for us his favourite foods include blueberries and avocado. üòãüëèüëçüë∂ü•¶üë©‚Äçü¶±üçáüë©‚Ä çü¶∞

In the last 50 years our average weight has increased by 1.5 stones, our calories consumed has increased by 500 per day and surprise surprise our waist size has increased 3-4 inches on average. But the good news is we are sitting more, do less manual labour and spend almost two hours per day on social media🤪😂🤳🙈

We are approaching the half way point in Dry January if you are starting to struggle, here are some of the benefits that will have already started:
