O'Callaghan Planning Description
Based in Armagh, O’Callaghan Planning was established in 2014 to provide a wide range of town planning and consultancy services for those involved in the fields of construction, property and development.
Our services range from submitting a planning application on your behalf, planning appeals, area plan representations and design concept statements, to due diligence work including feasibility studies and development appraisals.
The principal, Colin O’Callaghan holds BSs Hons qualifications in Environmental Planning and a postgraduate diploma in Town and Country Planning, both obtained at Queens University Belfast. He is a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. This background, combined with significant experience in public sector planning, ensures that the company is appropriately qualified to add value to your existing property portfolio through the planning process.
