Great cinema.. the staff enjoy chatting about what they have seen.
Lovely fresh popcorn. Clean and tidy.

Went as a family today. The staff are very helpful, mannerly and friendly. The seats are very comfy. Defo the best cinema in Belfast but prices are obscenely high for tickets, popcorn etc...(went to early viewing at 12.45 and still had to pay £7.50 each!!!). A pity as would be a more regular visitor if it wasnt so expensive.

The staff are very friendly and genuine. They are autism friendly just by being nice people. I've brought my son here a few times and they are great with him and very understanding. They leave the parenting up to me while offering help and asking what we need. The staff are happy and upbeat and that speaks volumes of the management. The cinema is always clean and comfortable and the food is great. If you are looking for an autism friendly cinema this is the place to go whereas that dump on the Dublin road are rude and uncaring.

It was a good clean cinema. Focus OK, food and drink the usual outrageous cinema prices, but you could get bottled water more cheaply. Beware row D in screen 3 if you have long legs.

The number one cinema in Belfast. This cinema is amazing. I personally have used this centre for 8 years now and the staff are incredible, really helpful and polite. They are really in tune with the movies on show and up and coming movies. They are so helpful on trying to get the best for you. The Cinema is spacious, Great selection of foods for sale and the ice cream on sale is the best addition to the cinema, for club card members spend your points on the ice cream best value. 100% recommend this cinema to everyone.

Visited odeon today was disappointed as my daughter is visually impaired and registered blind so has very magnified glasses sitting at front can be abit overwhelming and back she wudnt see so i asked could i sit in middle they told me to go ask for premier seats so i ran back out to desk the boy said hed do his best but he came into screen and said all premier seats were fully booked and nothing he could do. He was apologetic. I said if id knownthat disabled people has to book premier seats i would have but i just assumed they would get priority of seating choices, he said not necessarily. Something doesnt sound right.

Paid extra for "premium" seating, while uncomfortable... Movie listed for 8:30, didn't start until 9 after 15mins of television adverts and another 15mins of trailers... Seriously 30 mins of just advertising all this for the great value of £17 for 2 tickets

Great cinema! Quite expensive but worth it caise the seats are comfy. Go premium

Great location...lovely new condition - loads of screens, etc. Pity no Imax - miss them for blockbusters! Only real down side - it can be expensive for parking , tickets and snacks by the end of a night without any offers. Some other locations around town would have free parking and slightly cheaper cinema tickets - making it much more affordable for families..
