Our lane kept breaking down, dropping pins, resetting without warning which required 3x manual resets from staff.

There was also a problem with the hot food being unavailable.

When we complained about us spending over £50 to play, the manageress refunded our full costs and issued us with a 2 game complimentary ticket for us all. She even gave us her email address should we have any other issues.

This is how it's done...a shining example for all businesses to strive for. As a result, even though we had a bad experience, we have been back a few times knowing that if we run into any problems, they will be sorted without delay and with the utmost professionalism.

The odyssey in general is a good spot to kill time. The bowling alley even more so, unfortunately you just kill time through doing nothing as the lanes continually break.

Affordable bowling, fun atmosphere, been there plenty of times and will go back. Arcade above is also great. Very good for groups

If I were rating it on customer service it would be 1 or 0
I've been ringing and waiting for calls back since Saturday re my sons leaving his jacket there after a party. Was told it had been put in cash office. It they would check and ring back. As I've no car and am currently off work sick I can not go down to check but would appreciate if they would even answer the calls.

Its ok! Very crowded and noisy cause of all the kids. Its also quite expensive

Excellent night out. Food and drink was good. Very enjoyable.

Brilliant will be going more and staff very helpful if anything is needed
