Your staff here are class. Towards the end of the night, some bloke was aggressively trying to take advantage of this woman I had met in the bar as well as grabbing my own wrist quite forcefully and telling me he wanted to take me home. I brought this to the attention of your security team who dealt with it appropriately.

I honestly can't praise them enough. They went above and beyond to make me feel safer. We need more active stewards like this, who take the safety of their customers seriously.

I had an experience in limelight not too dissimilar to this and the security staff laughed at me for being worked up over it.

The club it's self is really fun too! Good craic, good music and cheap enough drinks Would definitely return!

User

Went here for the first time tonight and absolutely loved it :D we had a slight mishap with some our drinks getting spilled, but the staff, Ella in particular, were amazing at getting it sorted out. 10/10 would come back, even if the cider was a bit expensive!

User

Kerry Beckett was brilliant, really accommodating and lovely and ensured me and my friends got the full benefit of the competition I won and had a brilliant night, thanks again Kerry!

User

I loved ollies there was a great atmosphere also there is loads of leather seats and you can chill out with your cocktail bliss you can reserve a seat if you want also

User

Booked a table for Monday night, VIP for 10 people! We had an absolute ball, the staff where amazing from start too finish!! Can say nothing but good things about the whole night, we where looked after from the minute we arrived until we where going home that night!! Will definitely be back!!

User

I had a great night out at Ollies "Monopollie" night. Guest listing was very easy to do 3 hours before arriving at Ollies for 10pm, the gate staff accommodating and welcoming. Bouncers were not an issue at all to deal with. One of the nicer clubs I've been to, plenty of space, sensible drink prices and a fast service, quick enough when busy. Staff inside was solid. Toilets always clean and never a mess.

The dancing area was solid, good lighting system and wall lighting also. People ready to dance if you can break the ice. Got filled very quickly. Getting drinks at it's busiest was not an issue. If you like to dance, I feel this is a good place to go to. Pretty sure there was more girls/women than guys here.

My only 2 issues to why this isn't a 5/5 is the ventilation in the dance floor. It becomes very warm and needs something done to sort out what can became a hotpit when the dancefloor is full. My only other issue is the limited selection of genres being RnB and popular commerical and 2012-2015 popular hits. Add a bit to house/progressive or trap and the set would have been very good but it just felt too limited.

I had a great night at Ollies and hope the faults I believe is fair, can be sorted because the place has the ability to produce amazing nights every time you go there. Just sort out the small issues this could be the place to always be.

I made an extended review on my notes if anyone is interested.

User

Free entry on a Saturday night absolutely made my night....Wouldn't get that anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only bad points were the dance floor and toilets. Should defo bring a 'No drinks' policy for the dance floor. And toilets are too dark. I need to see when I pee

User

Was here for a hen weekend on Saturday night and have to say the nightclub was beautiful but would not recommend anyone to get a VIP private booth package a total rip off charged us £355 for 2 bottles of grey goose and 5 tiny bottle of drinks we ended up only have 1 drink each as they wouldnt give us anymore juice actual joke and ruined part of our night.

User

Worst nightclub I've ever been to . Booked into vip only to be told when we arrived we weren't on the system......even though we seen the booking in our name on the managers phone.....so after pointing that out to her she eventually let 2 of us in free of charge and the rest were made pay £10 entry each after a price of £5 had already been agreed while booking. So even after she admits we are on the system, apparently there is no table for us.....the only reason we booked VIP in the 1st place!! Managed to get a table.when we got in, only to be moved 5mins later by the same rude manager, saying the table.was reserved....no reserved sign on it and we sat at it once a group had moved and let us sit there....Absolute joke of a place and I have never came across a more ill mannered and unprofessional manger. Will never be back, not only was the service we received bad but the place itself was disgusting. Really can't understand how this place is even opened. Shocking

User

What an absolute disgrace Ollies is! Went last night for my sisters 18th birthday party. I don't drink and was driving so completely sober, went to get in and the bouncer demanded we paid, even though we had proof via email that they offered us free entry when we arrived. I've never had to deal with such a ill-mannered idiot in my life. After standing my ground they finally let us in. We informed the lady that there was one more person in our group and she would be along soon. She acknowledged and said that it wasn't a problem.

THEY DIDN'T LET HER IN

Not because she was drunk, or not dressed correctly or had no ID, but because she doesn't get along with the bouncers sister. He had no regard for her safety, telling her to be on her way and allowing her to make her way home through the middle of Belfast at that time of night by herself and with no way of contacting us to let us know what happened.

Totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional.

I will be in contact and expect a full and frank apology for allowing this to happen, putting her safety at risk, and for upsetting my sister on her first night out.

User

Very disappointed!

I was really looking forward to attend ollies for the first time and to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday. Therefore to make her birthday more special I sent ollies a message on birthday packages. They replied very fast and told me the prices, I then said yes I would like to do that package and how many people. This include guest list for 13 people and a free bottle of presecco for our table.

When we came to the club they did not put us on guest list which meant we had to pay more into the club and did not have free bottle of presecco provided. As we did not get the package we did not get it table which was disappointing as they had over packed the club so there was nowhere to sit. Due to the overload of people it was impossible to get a drink at the bar as there was too many people to serve.

I will not be returning to ollies

1. Ollies could have told me to speak to someone such as a rep about guest listing.

2. Due to the overwhelming crowds of people it is too cramped in such a small place.

3. The people there are dickheads as I was grabbed constantly and spat on by two separate males

4. The dance floor is so dangerous as there was broken glass and bottles of wine everywhere. I'm surprised no one broke their neck

User

Train your doorstaff before you let them loose to the public.

Over half hour wait to be served and rude staff...

Over a week ago I booked a package for my birthday and received multiple confirmation messages from “management” that this had been booked for me and the other guests.

We were going pub golf and yes, were dressed up but still looked smart and were not breaking any dress code stipulations.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a “your dads my dads boss” type lady looked us up and down and told us we were not on her list (despite us being able to see quite clearly we were). After showing her confirmation messages she then reiterated that we simply “weren’t on her list”. She then got her manager out who told us we were dressed ridiculous and wouldn’t be getting in tonight due to our “gimmicky” dress code - and that we actually were on that ladies list.

We would not have had an issue if we had of simply been turned away at the get go with the actual reason communicated by the staff members politely. Instead, the staff members were very patronising.

Prior to this I’ve never had any issues but have heard of similar occurrences - next time I’ll be taking my brown shoes and white Ralph Lauren shirt elsewhere.

Let’s face it if it was Rory McIlroy in his golf gear there would be no issue here would there?

User

Not impressed at all with Ollies. I went last night for the first time and I can safely say I won't be back. The price of drink was a disgrace, £10.30 for a double and coke and if you asked for a vodka and red bull you got some cheap knock off called 28 black which they still charged you £3.40 for, plus to add to the fact that the drink didn't seem to really affect me at all, I was still nearly sober at the end of the night. Never again.

User

Night out was decent enough... however if you are unfortunate enough to leave anything behind you may as well just give up hope of getting it back because there's as much chance of Meghan Markle giving up on the life of a Royal and coming to live with me on the housing estate instead.

Having emailed the lost property team at Ollies and being told they DO have my phone (Happy days, smiley face) I then enquired about having it returned and in 2 weeks there has been no response to emails, facebook messages or phone calls (Sad days, frown face). I can say with confidence that the odds of receiving a reply seem to be on a par with that of hearing from great grandmother, and she has been dead for the past 12 years.

Ollies, This isn't Austria and my phone isn't called Elizabeth, so could you please find it in your clearly manic schedule to contact me to get it returned. Mainly because it cost me money, but also because I am being torn to shreds in group chats and (although its all likely justified) I would like the opportunity to throw some banter back.

Not impressed at all with Ollies. I went last night for the first time and I can safely say I won't be back. The price of drink was a disgrace, £10.30 for a double and coke and if you asked for a vodka and red bull you got some cheap knock off called 28 black which they still charged you £3.40 for, plus to add to the fact that the drink didn't seem to really affect me at all, I was still nearly sober at the end of the night. Never again.
