Today we have our last Tiny Tots Taster session before classes resume in September. Session is on today from 2.00 to 3.00pm, £5.00 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♀️

Don't forget, tomorrow we will be kicking off out last summer camp of this year, and it's not too late to get involved!!!! It has been 9 weeks since we all performed at Panthers summer show - whilst we understand that it is summer holidays and people have other committments, we would like to take this opportunity to remind those on teams of the committment they have made to their teams for the year ahead. This is your last chance to attend a camp, before our September sessions start!- we cannot stress enough the importance of keeping active and practising your skills!

We want to say a big thank you to SOURCE gym for hosting such a fantastic Kids Fitness Fair on Friday evening. It was great geting to meet parents, guardians and other local clubs - well done on such an organised event. Don't forget - starting tomorrow at 10am we are running our last skills only summer camp for this year. Its not too late to get involved, or avail of our daily drop in! If you are on a team this season, you really should be attending!!! New skills don't happen over night, especially after 8 weeks off!!!!!! Don't let those skills get rusty!!!

What's happening in August!! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️ Most of the tumbling workshops are fully booked, but we still have availability in both camps! And remember, no booking necessary for tiny tots or open fun day!!!

We have another Tiny Tots Session tomorrow (Wednesday 1st Aug) from 2.00 to 3.00pm - this class is a fun taster session for those wanting to join in September, and is aimed at those aged 3 to 5 years old - but older siblings are also welcome to attend!!!!!! £5.00 per person.

Source Gym are holding a fantastic Kids Fitness Fair this Friday night. We will be there.....will you?????? Come on down and see all of the wonderful activities available in our local area.

We want to say a big thank you to Kaleidoscope Cheer, especially Cara for hosting us today, and to BGU for running another fantastic Junior Coach course. We asked 6 of our senior athletes to step up and join our other junior coaches for the year ahead and these girls made us so proud today. We are truly honoured to have these girls as role models for our younger athletes. **Well Done to Adina, Jagodta, Laura, Lisa, Brianna and Gabby - welcome to the coaching team!!!!!** Also a big shout out to the Kaleidoscope ladies for letting Lisa stunt with them, Thank you!!!

Just a glimpse of what we got up to this week at skills camp. We had lots of flips...and flops 😂 but that's all part of the journey - trust the process. We still have a lot of work to do on technique but so many girls overcame fears and smashed personal goals this week - well done!! If you want to get involved, call in tomorrow at our open day from 10.30am to 12.00pm.

Don't forget we have an open fun day tomorrow from 10.30am to 12.00pm. This session is perfect for any one thinking about joining our recreation classes in September, or for those who are already attending classes but are missing it over the summer break. It's also a great opportunity for those on teams to join in another session and to stop those skills from getting rusty! Spread the word!!!!

What a week!!!! So many amazing athletes through our doors this week. Everyone in skills camp worked their socks off and upgraded their tumbling-we couldn't keep up with all the new tumbles achieved!!!!!!!!🙊 And 2 great tiny tots sessions with lots of new faces and lots of energy - we want to do it all again! But we have to give a massive shout out to Faith and Kailey - these two ladies both attended 12hours of camp, 4hours of extra tumbling work shops and even volunteered to help with our tiny tots sessions - a whopping 18 hours this week!!!!! 😍 Cheer is not just a sport , it's a passion 😍 Roll on our open fun day on Saturday and next week, we have another 'Fun for All' camp, more tumble work shops and another tiny tots session.

Don't forget, we have our second Tiny Tots taster session today from 2.00 to 3.00pm!

🤸‍♀️ Skills Camp Beauties! 🤸‍♀️ Its only day 2 of camp and these girls are on fire!!! We've had so many new skills achieved already - back walk overs, back hand springs, back tucks, front tucks, front aerials and front hand springs..to name a few. Keep your eyes peeled for our video at the end of the week!! These girls mean business!!💚💙🖤

My 2 girls love Panthers. It's great for social and physical development. I wish I could do cartwheels like them! � Thank you girls for all your hard work.

Just back from a party at pom pom panthers. .best party my child has ever had! Wat a lovely family..made us feel so welcome and the kids had a complete ball!! Wud definitely recommend this place for your kids party..thank you ladies il be seeing yous again that's for sure xx
