Always wanted to do pilates?? Why not enrol in our beginners class led by an APPI trained physiotherapist. Classes are small, ensuring that you are correctly exercising and not risking damage. PM or ring 0288224944 to register your interest. Classes will run for 6 weeks beginning 11th June. £48 per block.

Well, we finally moved into our beautiful new premises last Tuesday. We are delighted with the work our builder Kevin Donnolly and his team carried out and would recommend them to anyone.

Only 2 places remaining for ante natal classes starting on Monday 21st May. Classes are led by an APPI Pilates instructor. APPI Pilates ante natal classes are recommended by Physiotherapists experienced in Women's Health.

Our ante natal and post natal pilates classes will begin on Monday 21st May and will run for a 6 week block. The classes will be run by an APPI trained physiotherapist to ensure you are exercising safely and effectively either during your pregnancy or after. Ring or PM to ensure you get a space as class sizes are limited to ensure everyone is exercising correctly.
