My 13 year old son went with friends to see IT, a pile of his friends got in with no ID and no adult but my son wasn't aloud in. Then went back tonight with his 20 year old brother who had his driving licence with him and they were both refused entry for the same movie!! What is wrong with the staff in this place?? Won't be going back near the place!!
If no stars would be possible to give, this place would get it. Showed up one minute past start time with adverts still showing and weren't allowed to enter the movie. Shockingly bad experience. Not happy at all with this total p*ss take
Just like all omniplex I've been to there the number one cinema. Great sound and picture quality and comfortable seats.
