Our Daily Wheaten Bread Description
We have been baking these recipes for over 30 years using the finest local ingredients.
The wheaten bread is wholesome with no additives or preservatives and is virtually fat free as buttermilk contains very little fat. The wheaten loaf was awarded a gold star at both the 2013 and 2014 Great Taste Awards.
The BIY Wheaten and Soda Bread Kits include all the same finest local dry ingredients as the freshly baked loaves with the addition of dried buttermilk. All that is needed is to add water, mix and bake in the foil tin it comes in!
With a six month shelf life, these unique kits have become a popular store cupboard essential, easily transported on holidays or included in gift hampers.
