Won a recent competition with Panache & received my hat this morning. Girls were fantastic, sent me through pics for me to choose the hat I wanted and sent it straight out in the post.

Today I visited Panache for the first time with my mum and we were extremely impressed. I was there to buy a pair of sandals and as it was the end of the season, many styles were sold out in my size but I purchased a beautiful and very comfortable pair of Jenny Rose Gold sandals. The store was beautiful, spacious and there was a huge selection to chose from, the staff were also very attentive despite it being quite busy when we arrived. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next visit! Thank you Panache!

Recieved my Tommy Hilfiger trainers today super fast delivery and the trainers are stunning absolutely lovee them thnk u very much plus the £20 of the price made them even nicer �

Pre-Ordered a pair of shoes over the phone and the staff were great! They said the shoes would be in stock on the 30th and then delivered to me, they arrived over a week early which was fab. The hand written thank you note from Janice in the box was also a lovely personal touch �

Panache is an amazing shop with good quality gorgeous shoes and accessories. I've bought here many times and always happy. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Ordered a pair of Nichola Sexton shoes on Tuesday at tea time . They came first thing Wednesday morning and I love them ....The lady I spoke to on the phone was so polite and friendly ... Brilliant service .. Will definately be back for the guess trainers ....Soon ..

Order online late on Saturday night and received my delivery today! Completely over the moon and completely in love with my new shoes! Never had a pair that fit me so well!! Will definitely be ordering more often! Thank you so much!

I ordered my mustang boots yesterday over the phone the lady that took my order was so friendly an answered any queries I had an I'm absolutely delighted I received my boots this morning an I'm over the moon with them, this is the first time I've bought anything from panache shoes but it certainly won't be the last ,thank you so much for your helpfulness an excellent service x

I on the other hand had amazing customer service and would return to the shop every chance I get. Sad that the other reviews were disappointing for the ladies writing them.

I just love this shop. Excellent display s of shoes , boots and handbags. Staff very helpful and lovely to talk to. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Only one problem, I love all their stock. You couldn't go wrong buying shoes from this shop.

I ordered shoes from them and there was an issue with the courier who sent them back to the company without me every having received them! I contacted panache and Gareth dealt with my query very efficiently and the shoes were with me the very next day along with a voucher off my next purchase to make up for the inconvenience caused. I could not fault how he handled the issue and I was impressed with both the quality of shoes and the speed at which he rectified the problem. Many thanks for being so accommodating.

Absolutely love this place! A wide variety of shoes/boots to choose from and especially love the guess range. Staff are so helpful and friendly and online service is great. Very responsive to enquiries via fb. Highly recommend!

Was in this shop the other day, actually on a mission for sumthing in piticular. Was most disappointed wasn't even acknowledged walking round for five minutes had even though staff were trying to busy themselves tyding shelves, I had to actually tear the sales assistant away from stearing at the shoe arrangement to ask for wot I wanted. She never even said sorry we then proceeded to the check out were halfway through my transaction lady came over who she obviously knew and she started a full scale conversation while serving me . This I find must rude and off putting. I would not return there customer service is nil !!!!!

I have bought quite a few pairs of shoes from Panache. I recently had to contact them as a pair of shoes costing £115 are faulty. The fault occurred on the first occasion on which I wore them. The member of staff I spoke to appeared disinterested and told me to email a photograph of the faulty shoes. I did this and still have not received a reply! Extremely disappointing and poor customer service. I will think again before buying from this retailer!

I've just driven from Belfast to the shop taking an hour diversion on our journey to find the replacements have scratches on the heels. After being told seconds previous that they'd been checked before i'd arrived



The cashier, Natalie the receipt says, said 'that's just the way they come in from the manufacturer' and when I pushed on whether or not you did sell shoes with scratches on them she said 'yeah that's just how they arrive, and the cheaper shoes especially.'



To be honest I'm maybe naive in the purchasing of ladies shoes but I've never knowingly bought a pair of gents for myself that had scratches or damage. Perhaps in TK Maxx where seconds are their trade.



Is this to be expected? I find the whole experience bizarre.



I mean either you're selling inferior products or someone is telling lies.
