Parkfit is your outdoor fitness provider, helping you achieve your fitness goals in the beautiful outdoors!

We know that everyone is not on the same level of fitness, we cater for this with 3 tiers of intensity, allowing you to train at a level suitable for you!

We currently offer classes in Ormeau Park and Belmont Park. We have 5 classes a week and as a member you are able to mix and match, go to as many as you like!

No need to book, we operate like a gym, when you feel like training, call down to one of our scheduled classes and enjoy, simple!
