Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique, which is used for stress reduction and relaxation. It can also support traditional medicine, especially during times when your energy levels are low. A typical therapy session consists of light, non-invasive touch or the holding of hands above places on the head, torso and back. The healing energy is usually felt as warm, peaceful and loving. As a practitioner I draw on my guides and both the universal and earth energies. Reiki is non denominational, so it doesn't matter if you pray to someone specific or don't have a spiritual connection at all.
The Aroma Touch Technique is a clinical approach to essential oil application. It's a powerful, accessible way for everyone to experience the healing powers of dōTERRA's CPTG essential oils. The treatment will encourage relaxation, boost the immune system, sooth inflammation and assist homeostasis in the whole body. It may also gently assist emotional healing. A great treatment for body, mind and spirit.
Known as EFT-tapping for short, the Emotional Freedom Techniques use gentle tapping or holding of acupuncture points located mainly on the hands and face. It may help to alleviate emotional problems or self limiting beliefs about ourselves which often, in turn, cause stress or anxiety. Some of the symptoms it may be effective for are: the relief of depression, anger, removal of cravings, PTSD and psychosomatic pain. Clients usually see improvements in their first couple of appointments but some further treatment may be needed.
Additionally I offer my clients a safe space to explore their feelings and options, using mindfulness techniques like meditation, reflection and releasing or empathetic listening.
I am grateful to have learned from the wonderful Ingrid Darragh and will be completing my teacher qualification with her soon.
Through volunteering with Samaritans Belfast, I have heard a lot of stories and built up resilience and compassion towards my clients.

Over the summer, I don't offer the weekly donation-based classes, though we will pick up after July! In the mean while, it is definitely possible to check in for a 1to1 or private group class. You can also avail of my personalised 6 week schedules for your own home practice.

BEAUTY WITHIN EXPO 2019
Dear beloved clients and friends, I am so delighted to announce that I will be off to America in the coming weeks to bring the gifts of this beautiful island and my ancestral relations to the communities across the pond. Speaking and facilitating alongside these most wonderful individuals is a huge privilege and responsibility. My heart is full, overflowing with gratitude and Dharma.
This land has taught me how to find forgiveness and how to truly hon...our my soul's purposes. I've stepped into power and vulnerability here, thanks to the rich cultural heritage and the many a guides mentoring me through some of my worst times. With everything I have learned and experienced, and through the gruelling process of certifying in so many modalities, I have become ready to move forward into leadership and community. And for that I am most thankful.
Throughout the Beauty Within Expo 2019 I will facilitate sacred womb journeys with the Celtic guides by my side, offer a sacred ceremony of cacao and dance, and provide tools for people to come of age within themselves.
Then we'll get to work for you, deepening the Rites of Passage experience. I am also delighted to announce the Orgasmic Heart workshop (an All-Love Sekhem Breathwork Ceremony) linking into the full moon as an offering for Spirit Lodge.
We're bridging the distance between our communities and will exchange our gifts and knowledge. I'm thoroughly in anticipation of every chat, exchange and facilitation there. Watch this space, of course I will report back on my adventures and include you all!
