Went to Paul's Salon today for a wee treat. Amazing experience from the moment I walked in. Hair styled by the man himself Paul which is amazing I love it. And them chairs ��and the head massage from Conor ���

Went on the ladies essential cutting course today and absolutely loved it! The class is so relaxed and Paul has a brilliant way of teaching doesn't make anything to complicated and is a brilliant teacher! will definitely be back for more courses to come��

This was my second course I done with the paul meekin academy and I absolutely loved it!! Paul is a great teacher and I learnt a lot today from him at the hot towel shave course. I can't wait to go back and do more course with him �

Such an amazing experience! We learned so much from our colouring course with Paul! He is a great teacher, in both practical and theory methods. We learned so many new technique with colour! And how bleach can be easy! Such a friendly environment, in a beautiful salon! We will most definitely be back! �

Paul has been doing my hair for year! I love going to the salon and could sit there all day long it's such a chilled place to be! All the staff have great product knowledge and have a solution for all hair issues ! Highly reccomend a visit.

Just completed 13 weeks returning to hairdressing course taught by Kerryann , amazing course and amazing teacher , couldn't recommend it enough . In depth training in a fun enviroment , learning all aspects of hairdressing . Great start

I have been going to Paul for many years now. I have nothing but good to say about him. He's fantastic and has a fabulous team working alongside him. If you don't visit his salon at least once in your lifetime you're missing out. I would give 10 stars if i could ��

Done a hot towel shaving course today! Have to say absolutely amazing!! Plenty of detail, more info and safety aspects that what u think it would require. Excellent demonstration easy to understand, paul was great at explaining everything and answering all questions! Very friendly, clean, professional and a beautiful salon! Amazing products in the kit to take home. Brilliant teaching! So confident after this course. Thanks again!

Discovered this wee gem thanks to my friend Ali who bought me a special treat voucher for Christmas. I’m from Lisburn but work in Belfast so was looking for somewhere new. It’s a lovely, tidy salon with friendly staff. I recommend the gloss treatment if you’re getting a blow dry. You can relax in the massage chairs & I loved the funky pop music 🎶 too! They never keep you waiting & always offer you tea & coffee. There’s so many cheap salons around who throw you in and out but it’s worth feeling special & going to this salon. Definitely recommend it! Denise

Completed the Hot Towel Shaving Course today, great course! Paul provided us with a lot of in depth knowledge.. he took us step by step through the shaving process and it provided grest results.. clients left happy and i feel alot more confident with my shaving.. thanks Paul!

Amazing. I can't thank Paul and his team enough for a brilliant experience. I was a little nervous about getting my hair done as I have not used the salon before. Connie who was my stylist today and she was fantastic. She was friendly and made me laugh and feel totally relaxed. I felt confident with what she was doing. Connie explained everything to me. Connie did such a brilliant job with my hair she made me cry. I got my hair coloured and trimmed today. Emma who washed my hair also did a fantastic job. She massaged my head making me feel relaxed, the water was at the right temperature for me and she never splashed my face. A beautiful salon with very good staff that make you feel very welcome. I thoroughly recommend this salon.

This salon ruined my hair completely,l arrived with mid brown hair wanting blonde highlights, pretty simple, but they had me in there for five hours stripping my hair and then trying correct the mess they made as the colour l was then left with wasn't a good base colour now for blonde highlights and was now as dry as a stick and breaking,next day my fringe broke and all down the side off my face, other professionals told me l had a base already going in so no need to strip it out ,all they needed to do was place highlights in it,but had my hair stripped then bleached taking my hair now to a ginger colour l hated and didn't want my hair that colour either ,the wrapped foils undone and was then rubbed between the hands off the stylist during the process, apparently to warm my hair up which is total rubbish as explained to me by a hair professional ,and had only resulted in totally breaking my hair to bits as its at its most delicate with bleach on it, but lv'e had to have my hair all cut off to above my shoulders, and l went in there with it at mid length hair it's still not right, and when l wrote to Paul Meekin the owner in an email privately explaining ,he never even answered me,no apology no refund ,no sorry, lv'e been treated appallingly by this Salon owner, surely l deserved better treatment than that,lm still trying to grow out the damage they caused, my now new hairdresser said it could have all been so totally avoided and ld processes done that didn't needed done like the stripping process, and the rubbing off my hair between her hands, but to date still no apology, no sorry, and no offer off my money refunded even as a way off saying sorry, l think he should treat his customers much better than that , and when things go wrong at least address the issue not ignore them totally, it isn't very professional off him or a good reflection on business practice ,l would not recommend this Salon to anyone because off how lv'e been treated ,lv'e gave Paul Meekin many months to put this right and he's not even acknowledge l even sent him an email addressing this issue,l afforded him the privacy off dealing with this in private but leaves me no other platform off contact,this is as far from professional as it gets really,So lv'e had to post this as lve been totally ignored to date, l thought satisfied customers is what's aimed for and to take careful treatment on your hair as you put your trust in them to do so but here not,and once they've got your money they don't want to know.So hopefully someone else will won't ever experience this level off incompetence at their hands.
