My laptop was running really slow after downloading windows 10 {bid mistake}, left it into James at Pc-laptop Doctor and wow it's like new again. It's running really fast and smooth. Would defo recommend anyone that is having any problems big or small to leave it in with James as he is a wiz.

Knows his way around the mainboards and thru the software but then again, he learned from the best so he has to be 5* :)

I broke my PC trying to put a 6th gen processer into a motherboard which only supported up to 3rd gen. When i tried to reverse the problem I realised that I just made a stupid mistake 🙈 So I contacted James via the messnager and right off the bat he said he could solve the issue and had genuine concern for getting my PC back up and running. So i left it in and when i got it back it was like a new computer. He changed the motherboard for me and installed all the driver etc. (Mostly the annoying stuff) so when i got it back it could just go right off the bat! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a problem!

Couldn't recommend high enough. Professional friendly advice and customer service. Always kept me up to date about what was happening and went above and beyond to identify the problem with my desktop. Decent prices too , much cheaper than other places I'd been to in the past. Kind enough to hand deliver it to my home (or close enough haha) so that he could spend more time rectifying any issues. Works like a charm since and also had the decency to follow up a couple of times since to ensure I'm happy and everything is working. Will definitely be back to upgrade my rig down the line.
