Paul C Murray founded PCM Associates on the 14th February 1997 to provide Training and Consultancy Services to both the Private and Public Sector businesses in the British Isles based in Northern Ireland.

Since that date Paul and his associates, have provided training and development for over 100 companies in the Voluntary sector, Local Government, Social Services, Legal Profession, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Media training, including Television, Newspapers and Household Magazines.

PCM Associates lead the way in the delivery of Customised Training Programmes, which enable staff to maximise their potential in line with their client's company targets.

Some of these targets include the delivery of the Institute of Leadership and Management suite of awards to level seven, and over 600 individuals have successfully benefited from completing these awards through training and consultancy from P. C. M. Associates.

Paul has produced a full set of Personal Development programmes, tailored to both the individual and company specific requirements. He has also become a very accomplished speaker at many Business Management conferences throughout the UK and Ireland.
