Since June 2010 we have been helping people of all ages who struggle with Dyslexia, ADHD, ADD and Autism Spectrum Disorders to reach their full potential. By treating the root cause through balance and co-ordination exercises the brain re-organises and processes information efficiently.

My own children struggled through school with low concentration, difficulty reading, homework frustrations and tears and getting to sleep was a battle etc . All of our staff have seen the benefits of the LB Programme with our young and not so young children so we understand, first hand, the difficulties parents face. Our Occupational Therapists have over 25 years experience each.

The programme consists of:

Balance and co-ordination exercises.
15 minutes, once per day, for one year.
Home based programme.
Full support and advice provided on a one to one basis
