Method
Sieve flour, salt and sugar into a bowl Make a well and add the 3 eggs Pour in half of the milk Beat mixture until creamy Add remainder of the milk Beast vigorously until mixture appears fluffy Cover and place in fridge for 30 minutes

We love coming to Peter Pans. It's clean and tidy and the staff are always onhand and friendly. Plenty of space for everyone. My only suggestion would be to have more things (toys) in the 0-2 section. Can't wait for the next visit!!!!

User

Was in today for my sons first bday party , food was good and they made sure to cater for him as he is vegan, the children had a ball, staff were friendly and attentive , I'm very picky and was more than satisfied with the day, best kids adventure play ground in the AND area

User

Took my wee boy for the first time to the parent and toddler, it was nice and quiet - great for the little people to socialise and develop their skills without bigger children overtaking, will definitely return and worth the drive over from Armagh, staff are lovely & friendly, thanks for a great morning

User

This place is the best! My little boy loves it, I love it! Great food, loads for the little ones to do. Staff are all amazing and have gone above and beyond on every visit I’ve had here. We just love coming here!!

User

Really good facility, best I've seen for children under 4. It's literally a mini version of the big kids arena. Staff really friendly and plenty off them to keep an eye on things. Food really nice too. Only soft play I would go to now even thought it's 1/2hr away. Only remark would be to consider adding another few trampolines, or at least allow siblings/family to go in together

User

Just popped in for some lunch very tasty chicken fillet burgers an they had a lot of homemade tray bakes yum yum great for kids an adults for fun and food ,i would recommend to check peter pans out

User

I brought my grandson and great nephew to Peter pans today, it was very good as always, they just love it 😍 the food and cleanliness is excellent, would recommend this place to anyone, great fun for children. Will be back soon

User

Great place, my kids love it

User

For a very busy and demanding business i am always blown away by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. I visit regularly as its one of the few places both my ten and three year old can both enjoy on a rainy day. Im always greated by the same friendly faces and since the birth of my new baby, staff have gone out of their way to offer me a private room to breast feed in on busy days. Thanks 😄

User

Fantastic place. Took my little boy here last week and he loved it. So much to do and the lunch was lovely too. Definitely recommend:)

User

Both my boys just love this place even after 11 years.!!!! Staff are excellent and always helpful. Food is particularly good and my son now has my passion for your chicken pie!!! To die for.

User

As a childminder; the kids I mind just love our trips to Peter Pans. Great play area with separate sections for different ages and clean facilities throughout.

I also have to give a special mention and point out a member of your staff who upon every visit; has been nothing but fantastic. Joanna.

One of the children who is entrusted into my care has additional needs and can therefore can require extra support and care at times and in certain situations.

A few of these circumstances has involved not wanting to wear socks (due to his sensory needs) or running up one end of the slide continuously. (Again sensory issues)

Whilst visiting many other places people; including staff can prove to be ignorant, rude and not bothered about the child's additional needs, your member of staff Joanna proved to be an amazing member of your team.

She took the time to ask me all sorts of questions about the child so she could watch over him whilst he played. She gave him a lot of care and attention whilst still maintaining a watchful eye over the rest of the children in the play area.

Her understanding and patience with him was second to none, something which I have never experienced in any play area...EVER!

She really went out of her way to make sure the child was comfortable, happy and safe allowing him the space and freedom to do what he enjoys in order for him to get the most out of his experience at PeterPans.

Previously being in retail management myself, hard working, loyal and amazing members of staff who will go out of their way for you can be rare. Which is Reason for my review about Joanna.

I'm my opinion if you have an employee of the year... She should get it. - If you offer bonus's to your staff as an incentive, then she should get one.

She was quite truly amazing with this child and since that visit I have continually recommended & continued to visit Peter Pans with all the children I care for.

Thankyou so much!

User

Peter Pan was great....a very big play area, a little noisy but to be expected at holiday time. I had taken 3 kids between the ages of 4-10. The only issue was that the game machines still were taken old pound coins and I didn't have any and the Peter Pan didn't have any either.....it took three attempts to exchange new pounds coins for 50p....the staff were a little in slack on what coins were accepted by the machines.

User

My 9 year old loves this place and have great peace of mind when he's in here. Very safe and friendly atmosphere. However when my elder son joined me after being at work, he brought food from outside in with him. I was shocked to be told that because he hadn't bought it in the premises, that he had to eat it outside in the lobby rather than at the table like any normal family do. This was after me paying for my child to get in and purchasing food in the place with approximately a total of £22. Felt really embarrassed for my son. Surely its a bit harsh is it not? So if there is a birthday party and parents give out packets of sweets to the kids which were purchased some where else, are they going to confiscate them?

User

Kids love going here. I feel it's better for over 4s not much for younger kids. A bit expensive though. My one year old only goes in the ball pool, too small for anything else and we still have to pay a fiver for her.

We went last Wednesday and a member off staff was telling my son not to move the balls from one area to another, which I understand but before that she walked past plenty of other older children doing it. The children where older than the age limit for the area and she wasn't rude exactly but not the nicest. He's only three and didn't respond well to 'oi you, boy, oi you' he thought he was being told off ..

Kids really do enjoy it though.

User

Great place for the kids. Staff are all lovely and extremely helpful. Downside, you really need to take hold of the Air Conditioning System. I was there at a party on Saturday and the heat in the centre was overwhelming!!! Other adult members in my company and myself had to escape outside a few times to cool off due to feeling dizzy with the heat. Children where sweltered too and soaked to the skin. Sorry to go off on one, you do have a fab business here but I do think this simple issue needs addressing.

Thanks.

User

Great facility, lovely food. Place seems to be kept very clean and tidy. Would be nice if two friends/siblings etc could use the trampoline together or as others have said, maybe have more than one trampoline available but otherwise great place.

User

A nice clean play place for kids. Went here with my family at the weekend and wee niece that is just under 2. Thought it was expensive having to pay £4.95 for a child her age. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, though the dilute juice was overpriced in my opinion for all it is. I found our main worry was that the area for the toddlers wasn't watched by staff constantly, and older boys were jumping in the ball pit meant for younger toddlers and they both jumped landing on top of my niece and my sister was left having to scoop her up out removing her from the ball pit..and it was 10 minutes later before a member of staff came past and warned the older boys to move on. But other than that my niece really enjoyed herself and didn't want to leave.

User

My 17month old enjoyed himself but he is blissfully unaware of how dirty the place is. The balls in the ball pools are filthy, you can actually see the dirt hanging on them. I would have thought there would have been some kind of cleaning regime for these, even once a week, considering the high turnover of kids through the place.
