Huge place! Ring your kids to see the pets to adopt or your pets. Always nice people and always has what we need.

They carry some of the better dog food brands like wainwrights and Ava etc. which is Good, and a wide selection of toys and accessories for your animal
Staff are quite friendly and helpful as well.

This branch of Pets at Home stocks alot of stuff for your pet whether it would be food, toys, bedding and the likes. The staff are very young and seem to know their stuff as well as being helpful. Small animals like Rabbits, Birds, and even Reptiles are available to buy. A veterinary service is at the end of the store, I've never used it but I would imagine it would be very reputable among people who have used it.

Good outlet, prices ok. Range is decent, animals seem happy enough. Could have more in terms of turtle care and dog toys.

Not really a place to get fish, came away with disease carrying fish twice. They need someone dedicating a lot more time to their tanks. Apart from that, most things you could need are here.

Great store very clean but customer service could do with improvement as I had to wait a while before any staff even seen if I required any help or assistance

For the store being lovely and clean some of the staff are a sure shame to it. More interested in talking amongst themselves than helping me or anyone else who was trying to get assistance at the time! Very rude girl with multi coloured hair was standing talking to a friend when I approached her she continued to ignore me and then proceeded to make consistent eye contact with the person she was speaking to. A simple 'I can help you in a minute' wouldn't have gone a miss instead of so boldly ignoring me. I have never had any major problems in this store except with a few of there female staff thinking they are better than everyone else. You are paid to provide a service to consumers, Not to talk amongst yourselves ect. I am appalled of having to be made out that I was such a hassle. When yet again it's your paid job to help me with whatever I or someone else needs. If that is for you to go out the back to see if there is missed stock that isn't on the shelves! Rather stand there and tell me that there's 'no delivery' than to just go and double check. You are then made out to be the worst customer in store for asking for a simple task to be carried out. The attitude you receive after that is a absolute disgrace to the company! I am really disappointed with the way I was spoken to, and I won't hold my tongue in future. Treat people how you want to be treated. Manners cost nothing.

Staff are always helpful and friendly, some times a little to much info on pets u know how to keep but thats not always a bad thing. The only thing bad i would say is when i have went to buy a pet the staff on floor were afraid of them eg the pet rats and guinea pigs. Its abit silly as they know them animals will be there and people will want them.
