Fresh pheasant, wild venison (both from Clandyboye estate), guinea fowl, new pots of free range goose fat, wild boar pancetta, Irish Moiled sirloin, Dexter ribeye, superb smoked Tamworth bacon and then all the usual suspects. Today’s meat counter is pretty 👌🏻

After much nesting and fussing, she gave birth to nine healthy, hungry piglets. Spring is officially here for us 🌱🌷

Wow! What a weekend. We had the best time at the British Street Food Awards. We have come away with new friends, new ideas and full of inspiration. The people of Birmingham were a delight, so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Food NI and Stena Line UKIE for all of your support, we couldn't have done it without you. Also thank you to the British Street Food and Digbeth Dining Club for the experience. What a great event! Now let's keep going with the Northern Ireland #yearoffood. Cheers!
