When I started I hadn't been to a gym properly in nearly a year, have been training with Phil for a couple of months now and feel so much fitter and have way more energy. Great type of training to keep you motivated and every session is different!

Really enjoying the sessions with Phil - he really works with you on an individual basis & makes each workout a bit different which keeps it interesting! Would recommend to anyone - great to learn something new!

If like most people you don't wana spend hours doing meaningless cardio then this is defo for you! A nice mix of circuits and Muay Thai techniques, that builds up fitness in a fun way! Phil is a great, knowledgable teacher with a lot of patience! Highly recommend this way of training

I joined being so unfit and after 4 weeks you notice a difference ...

the boot camp is split between 2people also so saving half the money but getting a buddy to push you with not only watching you but talking you through the tough times

Phil works around times to suit you- he pushes you hard but isn't that why you are there and want to change...

I bought the combat fitness sessions and so far I am loving them - Phil is mixing it up every time so I don't get bored and I am definitely feeling better after every session. Plus a lot of the exercises we do will help with my Muay Thai training as I want to get myself fighting fit! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and learn some cool Muay Thai skills at the same time - I can feel myself getting fitter and stronger �

Highly recommended, great for strength and cardio all while learning new skills losing weight and toning up. Also after a great work out walking away feeling great.... You need to try this.

Highly recommended form of training for anyone no matter their level of fitness as Phil can tailor it to suit you. Phil's knowledge & demonstration of muay thai & the various techniques is second to none & even a numpty like me can pick it up relatively quickly! It's also a great mix of cardio as well so you will notice your fitness levels get better after each session. If your thinking of trying it then stop & just do it as its worth every penny & drop of sweat!

Had my first experience of Muay Thai today!! It was incredible would highly recommend Phil to anyone! Go for it and send him a message!! It's 100% worth it, it's an extremely fun and effective way of getting fit and getting rid of a few pounds!! Will definitely be back at it after my holiday! See you soon! ��

Been going for few months for PT sessions and love it. Such hard work but you notice a difference in clothes and it motivates you to keep going. I've Plenty of work left to do but would highly recommend to anyone #couch 2 super warrior �

Awesome classes which mix up cardio fitness drills with muai thai technique training. I've been doing these classes for some time now and have never felt fitter whilst learning new fighting skills and building on them each week. Phil is a great trainer who is very knowledgeable and always motivates you to push yourself harder. Highly recommended!
