If for any reason a refund is requested for food ordered, it has to be requested directly from Just Eat as it is they who have taken payment and not us. You can however still order directly from us on 02890 600202 to avoid any of the above payment issues. This place is one of my favourite restaurants. The food is always second to none and I couldn't fault it one bit. Highly recommend it to anyone.

This place is excellent top quality food at great prices, was here 2 weeks ago with my family and the restaurant is very clean the staff very helpful and welcoming the food portions are very good easy street parking in Dunmurry village... Highly recommend this place to everyone

Seriously best pizza in Belfast! Sit in menu is just as good, two courses for ten pound so great value and staff are lovely! Cant recommend enough.

Ordered a garlic dip recently from Dunmurry, the delivery driver Joshua was very friendly and treated me with the utmost care, super speedy delivery and unbelievable customer service. If I could give 6* I would!!!!!!!!

I've just had another lovely pizza from Bellezza - a Salsicce - my own personal favourite. I have to say that I just love the fact that they use all great ingredients and all the bases are made daily from scratch onsite. The Italian Garlic Bread is pretty amazing too by the way. I couldn't but recommend a visit anytime you have a chance

Called in for the 2 for £10 deal with my family. Food and service were brilliant and great portions for the price. We will definitely be back!

Went here for dinner this evening with my mum and 6 yr old son ... been before and had a lovely meal , service etc.. however on this occasion I had a complaint , my mum and I ordered a bread board to share and a pizza to share , glass of wine , Diet Coke plus a kids pizza and drink.... only to be told if we share a pizza there is a £3 surcharge!!! How ridiculous is this? Clearly it's to make sure one main course per person is ordered , so we ordered a pizza each because I refused to pay a surcharge out of principle , we both had half a pizza each left and took home in a box !! On our previous visit we shared a pizza with absolutely no issue!

£14.50.. my pizza and garlic bread was cold when arrived.. too which I only live few mins away

Ordered pizza about 3 weeks ago and was soo ill after. I put it down to having a bug or sumthing. But I ordered again on Friday night there (1st sept) and about 2 hours later I was extremely ill AGAIN. The toppings on the pizza were not what I asked for, the pizza was cold and the chips wernt great either.

I don't know if it's a new chef, lack of hygiene or the food wasn't cooked properly....but I DEFO won't be ordering anything there anymore. Very disappointing!

The manager or whoever he is an embarrasment to mankind. Will never order from here again, he accused us of stealing from him when just eat took our money then wouldnt refund us clearly incapable of dealing with general paying public in a desent manner, his food is terrible anyway.

Ordered a pizza for the second time, first time it came rock solid and freezing, second time its been over an hour and hasnt arrived. Thanks for wasting my time.. wont be ordering from again.. don't order if your getting a delivery, waste of time. Cancelled mine after this long

Just want to put it out there we have been ordering from pizza bellezza for a good few years now but over the past year or so when we have received our orders 9 times out of 10 either something has been missing or the food order is wrong from no drinks, no chips(with meal deals) or as per tonight cheese on a burger and steak kebab, anyone who knows me knows how much I HATE cheese�normally I would ring and it is corrected but tonight I just said nope, I rang back and the woman who answered just kept saying how she cant speak for any other time because she wasn't working those shifts (who would even remember that never mind use it as an excuse for another wrong order�) anyway they are on their way back with the money for the burger which is wrong and that was that, like I have stopped eating there for at least 3 months now because of this specific reasons and that is all she has to say? When someone orders food in a restaurant they expect it to be right just like when I order a takeaway I expect it to right. Your customer service is a joke.

Just ordered 3 x chips,peas, onions,mushrooms & gravy, to my disgust there was a foreign object in one of them, it seemed to be a piece of copper wire, when I returned for a full refund the owner was very uncooperative and quite rude, he said that it was not his fault, who was to blame then ???, he was only going to refund one meal, he has no idea how close I was to walking out and taking the matter up with environmental health.

Needless to say, he will not be getting any more custom from me, or anyone else that I can influence, can I just emphasise that this is one very ignorant man.

Half the order was missing as they wrote it down wrong on their handwritten paper docket that they copied off the printed just eat docket- took half an hour to send missing food and tasted bland, cold and not akin to Italian food. Disaster!
