I'm a regular customer of both the Finaghy and Stewartstown Road shops but I've got 2 large deliveries to work from Botanic recently. Today we got 15 pizzas, 70 pieces chicken, 6 garlic breads, 6 sides.....all delivered piping hot and on time to the docks! Great food and fab service! Thanks

We were unsure of what to get as it is never easy to get five people to agree on pizza, then the gentleman recommended deals, which were great value and were delicious.

Excellent service. Had my sons party in laser quest today and they delivered pizza to us in the park after. Was there exactly when they said it'd be there and pizzas were amazing. Highly recommend. Thanks �

Pizza Co rang to check if we were gluten intolerant or just ordering a gf base. I appreciate them checking. However, the staff member then phoned back to advise his 'superior' had told him there was gluten in their pizza sauce and cheese. So why is there a gluten free menu?? And mozzarella is made without gluten... Can you advise why you have a gluten free menu if the ingredients aren't suitable for coeliacs?

Waited nearly 2 hours on a pizza. Got a confirmation email and not long after received an email saying it was dispatched. After 1hour 10 mins I called the shop 5 times to which 2 times I was hung up on.

Finally when I eventually got through the guy that answered had me to hold for a few mins, came back and said it was sent out but none of the drivers remember lifting it?

All he could say was “oh well I can get another sent out but could be at least 40mins”. Like really ? I just waited nearly 2 hours on food and you are going to expect me to wait longer?

Didn’t apologise once and just said I could have a new one made or a refund as I paid on full.

Customer service skills are zero

So we're do I start i place my order with the Stewartstown road branch when place the order the wee lad sound like a 10 year old child on the phone not like a person who should be taking orders hear go so waited 1 hour and 20 mins on my order � when it arrives the garlic bread was burnt pizza was freezing chips look like Iceland Frozen chips freezing cold garlic dip tasted like vinger when paying £21.00 for a hot food order you expect it to be warm and up to standard not something that be drag throw the bins unacceptable ��

Placed an order earlier phoned up to see where order was to be told on its way waiting another 40mins 2 then ring back and be told they will remake order and send us it still nothing tried ringing to be put thru to botanic as stewartsown road closed now. Worse thing is we have paid for it and all. We r regular customers but needless to say won't be a customers anymore .. Edit order came there at 23.43 freezing

Pizza co botanic accepted our order through just eat at 7pm, delivery confirmed for 7.45. They pushed delivery time back to 8pm, no big deal. 8.10pm arrives and we ring the restaurant only to be told that they are so busy, the orders are being pushed through to the finaghy branch who don't even deliver to our area. We are advised that the order will be at least 45 mins to an hour, neither restaurant took responsibility for the fact that we hadn't been informed of any changes and no one had tried to contact us about this massive delay. We were ordering on a schedule as I'm a hospital patient and visiting time was over at 9pm. It ended up quicker and cheaper for us to cancel the order and go and collect a pizza from somewhere else. We ended up wasting an hour and a half getting no pizza, when the other took 15 mins.

Not impressed at all with the food or the service today. I placed my order throughyour website at after 5pm and received my confirmation that it would arrive by 6:15 but when i phoned the shop at 6:35 to see what was happening with my order and was told they didn't receive it and that it would be with me as soon as possible with a free portion of doughballs which was already apart of my meal so when it arrived they gave me a small bottle of coke and not the 5 cans your meant to get with the deal. The food wasn't that good either

Made to wait for an hour to be told the delivery driver was waiting outside even though I was standing outside 30 minutes before delivery time and accused of being a liar to be talked to by a “manager” like a piece of dirt after already being charged by just eat! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Just ordered £42 worth of food from Finaghy store! Took over an hour to come, was all cold and soggy and the pizza was halved in the box from being squashed. The delivery guy couldn’t find where we lived so rang us and he was not amused at all. Had to remove the pizzas and food from the bag from him and his attitude sucked tbh. Lost me as a customer. Never again.

I’m a loyal customer of theirs, it’s been 1hr 10 mins so far since my call at 17:58... not sure if it’s arriving at all. Time to move on unfortunately as this is the second time this has happened.. first world problems I know but what’s the point in waiting for ever when someone else can deliver your grub before you pass out with hunger ?

I used to order regularly from Pizza Co, at the start when I would request BBQ base sometimes I wouldn’t get it, which I thought was a genuine mistake, over the past few months I have requested BBQ base and they’ve blatantly ignored me, a paying customer. So for this past 2 months roughly I’ve stopped getting pizza co because I’ve sent numerous messages about this and was promised that it would be fixed, but of course it didn’t happen, I sent more messages and they never replied. So last night, I thought I would give Pizza Co another try, as usual I requested in the notes for BBQ base (screen shot in comments) and not surprisingly, I didn’t get my BBQ base. I won’t be messaging the page about it again because it’s useless even trying to get a response and I wont be ordering from Pizza Co again because to be honest, without BBQ base the pizza is average.

Horrible customer service, we ordered a pizza and garlic bread early hours Saturday night/ Sunday morning, arrived on time however 2 garlic breads were sent out and when we phoned to query it we were told it would have been another hour and a half for it to be sent out � ridiculous to say the least!

Gluten free base is only available for small pizzas. I ordered a half and half Taco/Chipotle Chicken and that was fine. Came back 10 minutes later only to be told that you can't have gluten free half and halves! Why not? Are they pre made and frozen or could the staff just not be bothered? What an odd policy to have and why wasn't I told when I ordered and paid? This was in Belfast where I've been before with no problems but I definitely won't be back.

Delivery driver didn't have a clue how to find my apartment building and rang me from completely different complex. This was after 30 minutes on top of estimated arrival time. Food also gave my girlfriend and I serious stomach problems which lasted for a day and a half. Brutal experience. Botanic pizza company.

They pushed delivery time back to 8pm, no big deal. 8.10pm arrives and we ring the restaurant only to be told that they are so busy, the orders are being pushed through to the finaghy branch who don't even deliver to our area. We are advised that the order will be at least 45 mins to an hour, neither restaurant took responsibility for the fact that we hadn't been informed of any changes and no one had tried to contact us about this massive delay. We were ordering on a schedule as I'm a hospital patient and visiting time was over at 9pm. It ended up quicker and cheaper for us to cancel the order and go and collect a pizza from somewhere else. We ended up wasting an hour and a half getting no pizza, when the other took 15 mins.

Not impressed at all with the food or the service today. I placed my order throughyour website at after 5pm and received my confirmation that it would arrive by 6:15 but when i phoned the shop at 6:35 to see what was happening with my order and was told they didn't receive it and that it would be with me as soon as possible with a free portion of doughballs which was already apart of my meal so when it arrived they gave me a small bottle of coke and not the 5 cans your meant to get with the deal. The food wasn't that good either

Made to wait for an hour to be told the delivery driver was waiting outside even though I was standing outside 30 minutes before delivery time and accused of being a liar to be talked to by a “manager” like a piece of dirt after already being charged by just eat! Absolutely disgusted!!!

Just ordered £42 worth of food from Finaghy store! Took over an hour to come, was all cold and soggy and the pizza was halved in the box from being squashed. The delivery guy couldn’t find where we lived so rang us and he was not amused at all. Had to remove the pizzas and food from the bag from him and his attitude sucked tbh. Lost me as a customer. Never again.

I’m a loyal customer of theirs, it’s been 1hr 10 mins so far since my call at 17:58... not sure if it’s arriving at all. Time to move on unfortunately as this is the second time this has happened.. first world problems I know but what’s the point in waiting for ever when someone else can deliver your grub before you pass out with hunger ?

I used to order regularly from Pizza Co, at the start when I would request BBQ base sometimes I wouldn’t get it, which I thought was a genuine mistake, over the past few months I have requested BBQ base and they’ve blatantly ignored me, a paying customer. So for this past 2 months roughly I’ve stopped getting pizza co because I’ve sent numerous messages about this and was promised that it would be fixed, but of course it didn’t happen, I sent more messages and they never replied. So last night, I thought I would give Pizza Co another try, as usual I requested in the notes for BBQ base (screen shot in comments) and not surprisingly, I didn’t get my BBQ base. I won’t be messaging the page about it again because it’s useless even trying to get a response and I wont be ordering from Pizza Co again because to be honest, without BBQ base the pizza is average.

Gluten free base is only available for small pizzas. I ordered a half and half Taco/Chipotle Chicken and that was fine. Came back 10 minutes later only to be told that you can't have gluten free half and halves! Why not? Are they pre made and frozen or could the staff just not be bothered? What an odd policy to have and why wasn't I told when I ordered and paid? This was in Belfast where I've been before with no problems but I definitely won't be back.

Delivery driver didn't have a clue how to find my apartment building and rang me from completely different complex. This was after 30 minutes on top of estimated arrival time. Food also gave my girlfriend and I serious stomach problems which lasted for a day and a half. Brutal experience. Botanic pizza company.

I'm a regular customer of both the Finaghy and Stewartstown Road shops but I've got 2 large deliveries to work from Botanic recently. Today we got 15 pizzas, 70 pieces chicken, 6 garlic breads, 6 sides.....all delivered piping hot and on time to the docks! Great food and fab service! Thanks

Had an order from stewartstown road shop last night and the whole family loved it.



We were unsure of what to get as it is never easy to get five people to agree on pizza, then the gentleman recommended deals, which were great value and were delicious.

Pizza Co rang to check if we were gluten intolerant or just ordering a gf base. I appreciate them checking. However, the staff member then phoned back to advise his 'superior' had told him there was gluten in their pizza sauce and cheese. So why is there a gluten free menu?? And mozzarella is made without gluten... Can you advise why you have a gluten free menu if the ingredients aren't suitable for coeliacs?

Waited nearly 2 hours on a pizza. Got a confirmation email and not long after received an email saying it was dispatched. After 1hour 10 mins I called the shop 5 times to which 2 times I was hung up on.

Finally when I eventually got through the guy that answered had me to hold for a few mins, came back and said it was sent out but none of the drivers remember lifting it?

All he could say was “oh well I can get another sent out but could be at least 40mins”. Like really ? I just waited nearly 2 hours on food and you are going to expect me to wait longer?

Didn’t apologise once and just said I could have a new one made or a refund as I paid on full.

So we're do I start i place my order with the Stewartstown road branch when place the order the wee lad sound like a 10 year old child on the phone not like a person who should be taking orders hear go so waited 1 hour and 20 mins on my order � when it arrives the garlic bread was burnt pizza was freezing chips look like Iceland Frozen chips freezing cold garlic dip tasted like vinger when paying £21.00 for a hot food order you expect it to be warm and up to standard not something that be drag throw the bins unacceptable ��

Placed an order earlier phoned up to see where order was to be told on its way waiting another 40mins 2 then ring back and be told they will remake order and send us it still nothing tried ringing to be put thru to botanic as stewartsown road closed now. Worse thing is we have paid for it and all. We r regular customers but needless to say won't be a customers anymore .. Edit order came there at 23.43 freezing
