Pizza Express

There tonight the pizza is delicious and the customer service is excellent I would recommend to anyone �

Thank you, Pizza Express Bedford St. for saving our night! My 7 year old daughter was crying and distraught after we couldn't get in to Fratelli's (I know, I should have booked, but whatever). We ended up at Pizza Express and our server was SO kind. She noticed right away that my daughter was upset and promised her we would have a great time at Pizza Express, which we did! The food was good and arrived promptly and service was unparalleled.

Same guy served us the last two visits. They impromptu put candles into 11y.o. birthday dessert.



Wheeled baby in yesterday, whilst they usually direct you to a seat, just said you pick wherever is comfortable and quiet for your baby. Lovely folks all round. He even stopped processing payment to tell me my tip was over 25% (in case I was giving 'too much'?). You don't see that honesty often. Back again at weekend. :)

My first time in Pizza Express last night, food was excellent and staff couldnt be any more helpful will definately be back loved it! ��

Had a great night last night, hadn’t booked but the manager kindly squeezed us in, Sylvester looked after us all night and we couldn’t have asked for better attention, awesome guy and he looked after us really really well.

Used a voucher that I had for a £5 main but was charged £6.95?!?

That's the only thing I have to moan about as it wasn't explained why.

That's the reason I give 4 stars not 5.

£37 from deliveroo for a starter and two pizzas of abysmal quality, which were also under-cooked, freezing cold, smaller than the size ordered, had the wrong toppings and genuinely tasted horrible. Part of the order was left out also. Very disappointing service and quality, almost unbelievably so.
