I take great care in making my plaque, They are not designed to be played with, and should be kept away from small children who may pick off small heart and crystal on the plaque which they could choke on. They are purely for decoration only and I can take no responsibility for items left unattended.
Any item you order that is personalised cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a fault on the item , You have the right to change your mind 14 days after ordering If for any reason that you are not happy with the item! please make contact with me and i will be happy to help in any way i can. I will issue you the refund from your original payment on return of the item. I will not pay postage for any returns.
