Experimenting with the time lapse camera. Start to finish of a shower tray installing with sliding door shower Inclosure, installed for a customer in Belfast. Old tray was cracked and leaking.

Hot water leak found under floor in lurgan. Customer had no hot water and tank in the roofspace was constantly running. We called with the thermal camera and was able to detect it in 5 mins. Pretty sure under your bathroom floor isn’t ment to be glowing like this 🤔

This is why it’s important to service your boiler annually. Something as simple as a dirty nozzle can cause incomplete combustion which can cause damage to your baffles in your boiler as well as excess soot and scale build up on heat exchanger. In this case a hole was burnt through two baffles, nozzle was black with dirt and inside of boiler was full of scale. This simple service and baffle replacement will increase this boilers efficiency saving the homeowner on their annual oil bills!

Pipes traced through concrete floor with our thermal camera, this customer was looking a radiator moved to other wall and wanted to find location of pipes under concrete floor. With this technology the line of pipes can be seen which minimize’s damage and time digging up floor.

This customer who had recently converted to gas wanted to remove a old electric shower and replace it with a new thermostatic bar shower run off her new boiler. This set up will give her constant hot water at a better pressure and flow rate. All work done in one day with minimal damage or disruption!

Before and after of a bathroom suite we recently finished. Work included removal of bath and installation of walk In shower, plumbing to sink was also moved to other wall with new vanity unit installed. A more preferred layout with more use of the space. Customer was over the moon with the final result :)

Cold water storage tank moved for a customer in portadown. This gives them extra much needed storage space with the option to convert the roofspace into a extra bedroom down the line!

Controls which where added to a shower pump which was giving a customer bother. Controls added include a surrey flange and thermostatic mixing valve, Surrey flange protects pump from drawing in air and thermostatic mixing valve protects pump by keeping the temp of hot water from going above 55 degrees which can damage the pump propellers. If your pump hasn’t these two vital controls fitted it will invalidate the warranty and shorten life span of pump.

Leak we came across this recently after a customer had converted to gas. Customer had rang us saying they noticed a wet patch on their ceiling. After lifting some floorboards we found the source. Someone has stuck a temporary leak repair putty over a old leak, this held for 15+ years until now 🙈 nothing surprises me anymore at this game!!

Beauty room we we recently installed for a small business, included installing all pipework and plumbing and up foot spa and hand basin, we even hung the cupboards on back wall for them 🙂

Insurance job completed for a customer. Old shower had been leaking into the kitchen when used. After contacting the insurance company they covered the cost of a new shower tray, inclosure and water proof classic white Multipanel shower boards, we have fitted these panels numerous times to showers far superior to pvc paneling and tiles.
