l went to it last night l definitely loved every minute of it the teacher is very nice lady and friendly she helped me and showed me and all the ladies are real friendly and helped me to its different and very interesting loads of moves to do on pole best fun and the craic is great with the ladies best place to be l learned loads of things last night easy to get to and good parking places

We went here for my sister's hen do! Best craic we've had in ages � the 'Beyoncé' dance class was perfect for getting everyone set up for the night ahead! Even though the half of us danced like bambi on ice � Martine was absolutely fantastic & a great host!!!! Such a good idea for hen parties!! �

We had an amazing time for my hen party, never laughed so much. A lot of fun had! Would def recommend :)

My last practice was 7 years ago (in Greece).

So I decided to give it a go again today....



One hour later I was doing an inversion !!!



El Fegan is a fantastic instructor and I ll be definitely coming back !

Love it here; my partner and I are doing the mixed sex class, it’s awesome; a really good mix of general fitness, strength and dance!



Steven is a really good teacher, professional and super fun �

Lots of fun and a really great way to get fit!

Just been to one class, but I am already addicted! My instructor is encouraging and funny, and Its so great being in a class with women who are different body types and age groups. So very excited to keep this up... I recommend it to the ladies and the men!

It's great for getting in shape but you make great friends and can have a giggle and a great sense of achievement when you get a move right for me my move is the chair luv it xx

I've been away from Polercise for nearly 3 years. I moved to England for a better job but I have yet to find a better pole studio. The instructors are passionate about what they do & you can't help but get caught up in it. I have laughed, struggled with moves & perhaps left my left nipple on a pole thanks to someone using far too much stickum on my pole. I am not a 'sexy' pole dancer but I am body confident as a result. I've tried a few studios here and I've yet to find the passion or dedication that the instructors in Polercise have in helping their students develop & grow in confidence. You can't buy that devotion to teaching. I have memories of being tortured into fitness that I'll never forget. Miss you all ❤️❤️

I went there for daughters hen night. We done burlesque dancing and it was a great laugh the teacher was excellent. We were shown moves using long gloves and feather boas. And great craic was had by all that were there. Would highly recommend it.

I loved learning choreography and actually dancing rather than just practicing isolated moves. El is a really good instructor, the studio is very big with lovely high poles! Highly recommend!

I bought my aerial hoop from Polercise and I love it! From ordering to picking it up took just a few days. The hoop was already taped for me so I was able to take it home and use it right away. Would definitely recommend ��

Great friendly atmosphere, fantastic instructors. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Belfast

Fantastic burlesque hen party! Perfect if your throwing a hen do and it is so so much fun! Our bride LOVED IT!!

The students and teachers there are just fantastic and always encouraging and you'll be learning pole moves and dance routines you never thought possible in no time. For anyone in two minds about trying pole I recommend you give polercise a go you'll love it

Brilliant studio. The instructors here are amazing. They don't just help you with fitness but also your confidence and to reach goals you never thought possible. I gained so much strength and confidence in myself from going to these classes. One of the best decisions I ever made. Would highly recommend Polercise to everyone �����

And squeeze, and squeeze, and squeeze!!!If i could give it more than a 5 i would! Absoulety enjoyed myself tonight first time pole dancing and it was so good!! Kept on giggling through out. Defiantly cant wait to return!
