Stair Lift installed today by J. Wilson Approx 3 hours by efficient,polite and very helpful engineer. First impesssions are very good I am 71 years old with heart and lung problems and needed to stop once or twice on stairs. Using furosomide creates a big problem (upstairs bathroom) Hopefully solved with a P0llock stair-lift. Billy

I have helped several constituents obtain lifts from this company and can recommend both the products and the service. All residents were very happy with the end result.

Had the new lift fitted today 23 11 17 very professional work carried out by the Pollock lifts engineer, thanks Ciaran for the tidy work compleated and the safety instructions explained in detail 5stars.

Had a lift put in the other week, best thing ever should of had it done years ago, lads who did it were bang on, thorough as anything, they were pushed for time as they got held up on the previous job, they stayed until 8 o'clock to get it finished, pleasant as anything as well, really appreciate it thank you very much!

The customer service is a joke I have been waiting for 2 months for a lift that was supposed to be installed on March 20th nothing happened despite many calls and emails from myself and council my daughter is in danger every time we have to use the stairs and often have to sleep downstairs on couch but they don't seem to care. I have been left with no choice but to put in a formal complaint with council and ask if another company can be used I definately won't be recommending them

Had so many problems with it keep putting the wrong board in and now last night it got stuck in trapped door and has over traveled
