Went to Porkys on Sun.17th.June,for"Fathers" day.Have to say I had one of the best meals I've ever eaten in a restaurant.All the meals at our table were excellent.All staff were very pleasant and very attentive.Congratulations.We will be back.

Went on Friday evening with my wife and tryed the early bird menu.For £10.99 for a two course meal it was lovely food and excellent value for the portions you get , came out quickly and hot ..The staff was friendly and a good atmosphere ..

We highly recommend this little restaurant which is a wee gem and we will be back next week..If you want lovely food and excellent value then this place is for you..10 out of 10..

We had a really lovely evening at Porkys last night. We went for our son's birthday and were made to feel very welcome. Three of us were vegetarians and the burgers were really delicious! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our son even got a birthday dessert and a 'happy birthday' sung to him. The perfect level of humiliation! Thank you for a lovely evening.

We came for my daughter's birthday and the staff were fantastic as always! Gave her a free mocktail of her choice and she had her dinner for free. They made her feel really special and made her day. This is has become our new favourite restaurant

Visiting Bangor for the day and decided to eat before we travelled back home. After a quick google we settled on Porky's. We were made very welcome, highchair for little one, colouring pages for our 3 older children. Loads of choice. Pulled pork fritters were a huge hit with baby, proper beef burgers for the kids, beautiful pulled pork stack for mum and an equally tasty chicken stack for dad. Early evening offer of 2courses for £10.99 is bargainous, portions are not compromised. Waiter Nathan was polite, courteous and friendly. The owner took time to speak with us and was eager that we enjoyed our meal. We certainly did! No hesitation to return.

Visited the famous Porkys during the week.

We ordered from the early bird menu,,what a great range to choose from on the menu.

My friend had potato skins and chicken for mains,I had cheese garlic bread and pulled pork stack.

Food was excellent,piping hot and plentiful.

The GM was very attentive with his service and we look forward to our return.

Visited here today with my husband, and what a great experience.. absolutely fabulous food and great service, plenty to choose from on menu, would definitely recommend, a hidden gem in Bangor, will definitely be returning very soon.

On first trip to bangor an unsure where to go for dinner. So googled places to eat after reading reviews an seeing menu online we decided on porky's. Definitely a good choice. We were greeted at the door an made very welcome by Ilhan, seated in a nice booth in corner. Lovely cosy atmosphere an well presented. Lovely an clean in restaurant and bathrooms. I had my partners birthday dinner at porkys tonight the staff where brilliant could not ask for anymore all 12 of us loved are food the guy serving us was really welcoming and friendly thank you's for such a great night will deffo be back

Have to say one of the best cooked and tastiest steaks I’ve had in a very long time. Pleasant staff and night finished off with a lovely espresso martini ��

Have been a few times now and the place is lovely. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is beautiful too and the portions are massive!!

Had a meal for 6. Absolutely gorgeous food. Scoffed nachos, chicken burgers and ribs. So good and the coleslaw is addictive. Really good service - even gave us a free Fanta when my son spilled his everywhere

Had a great meal yesterday with my family. 2 great main meals and equally great kids meals, great portion sizes and kids ate free! Will def be back :) steak & ribs combo was amazing!

As a mum to a child with allergies I have been so nervous about taking my little boy out for food anywhere however today porkys was amazing. I checked prior to visiting to ensure there was suitable food for him and they were so helpful with this, his allergies were confirmed again when ordering and we all had one of the best meals we have had out as a family. Staff couldn't of been more helpful and the food was second to none and very reasonable priced. We will most definately be back.

Another fantastic meal with great variety and lovely staff. They are very eager to please and helpful with children making us feel very welcome even if the kids are noisy! We will definitely be back �
