My wife and I collected r new Audi Q5 yesterday. This is r 1st Audi and we r absolutely delighted with the car! The service from Philip Irwin was 1st class from start 2 finish, he made the whole process so simple and enjoyable! Thank u 4 everything!

Lewis McBurnie was great from the start & always answered my many questions fired at him in a timely manner. Due to the distance I bought the car without viewing & it first & lewis arranged to have it delivered to me in England. He was great pre sale creating a personalised in depth video of the vehicle highlighting any scratches & stone chips present which helped me make the decision to purchase without a physical viewing. The slight downer was an admin error in the spelling of my name but Lewis apologised immediately & explained how this can be rectified once the v5 arrives from the dvla. At the end of the day everyone is human & slight errors can be made so I give him full marks for his service. Keep up the good work guys. Audi used approved is the way to go �

Just collected my A6 black edition for here could not recommend them highly enough from start to finish dealt with lewis and David.

I went in to get work done on my A4 ended up getting quattro black edition plus I always wanted had the car a month now love it thanks to Philip Irwin for making it a great experience and great friendly staff

Car booked in for new key and to be programmed ' from the moment we walked into the dealership the service was exceptional 5 �. To the girls behind desk offering complementary tea and coffee to Iain the service manger making everything run smoothly during our visit.Also a free health check on car and free wash and valet. Excellent service and will definitely be back and recommend.

So after 5 weeks, numerous phone calls and even visiting the dealership we've finally been given an appointment to get our car booked in for a minor fix. We have yet to be contacted by Portadown Audi and we have had to do all the chasing. Absolutely terrible customer service.
