Good outing this morning, big thanks to Pheonix for hosting the event.

Great sparring this morning over in phoenix abc along with loughshore abc Gilford abc and canal abc aswell, plenty of competitive rounds for all are boxers massive thanks to phoenix abc for hosting a great morning cheers lads.
