Some general advice from us here at Portadown Foot Clinic to keeping your feet feeling great this winter.ūüĎ£ūüėä
‚ÄĘWash your feet daily in warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly, not forgetting inbetween your toes. ‚ÄĘAlways wear the correct shoes for each type of exercise and surface. ‚ÄĘ Wearing well fitting, good quality socks keeps feet warm and helps them feel more comfortable when walking. ... ‚ÄĘTrim toenails regularly with proper nail clippers. Do not cut too short and not down at the corners as this can lead to ingrowing toenails. If your having difficulty do not hesitate; and give us a call. ‚ÄĘApply moisturiser before going to bed will help keep your skin healthy and more resistant to injury.
