went last night with the hubby for anniversary dinner. food was amazing from start to finish. was a really lovely personal touch when my dessert came out saying happy anniversary with a sparkler in it. Would definitely recommend the portmor. thanks again for a lovely meal �

We were a group of six - out to celebrate my son and daughter’s birthday. We were seated promptly and given menus.

From our first course to the last, the staff we’re very attentive, personable and helpful.

Excellent “girls”.

The food was enjoyed by us all (every course). Attractively presented, portion size about right and tasty.

The roomy restaurant was very busy - but was well staffed.

Prices were very reasonable. Hygiene was good, both in the restaurant and in the washrooms.

We eat out fairly often (my last was in Budapest & Prague).

The Portmor is “up there” with the best.

Highly recommend.

Only complaint is that they've stopped doing McGinty sauce ��� definitely will be returning very soon only without the children ���

Had a meal with friends weekend past and it was unbelievable - staff was Amazing - food was not only stacked high but the quality was second to none and have no fear recommending and going back which i intend to very soon - top class restaurant! :)

4 of us went out for Christmas dinner here. We had a lovely meal here. Turkey dinner was great but the desserts were totally totally yummy. I still haven't joined the gym yet to work off my Xmas calories.

1st time in the place the food was great the staff were friendly and the price of the food was very reasonable will be back in the future

my hubby and i were slightly late to a 60th birthday party sun eve a senior staff member didnt greet us in professional way and made it aparant that we were inconvienvce her in some way and that we couldnt b garanteed our meal would be servered with rest of party twice she said this and had no table manners at all wnt b at another party in near future due to this persons bad table manner a real pity but hopefully this wil b a lesson learned to this senior lady who shud b leading by example kind regards

Hearing a lot about the great steak. Mine was like a tough ole boot. Food wasn't hot and we felt rushed. Very disappointed, won't be going back

Had my sons Confirmation meal here last week, food was gorgeous and good size portions!! Staff helpful and overall an excellent dining experience especially with children!! Only complaint is that they've stopped doing McGinty sauce ��� definitely will be returning very soon only without the children ���

Had a meal with friends weekend past and it was unbelievable - staff was Amazing - food was not only stacked high but the quality was second to none and have no fear recommending and going back which i intend to very soon - top class restaurant! :)

Great meal in Portmor .service was great .pints of Carlsberg gd aswell .well worth a visit

The venue was completely jam packed with no free tables.

The staff were very attentive and the dishes came out in a timely manner.

4 of us went out for Christmas dinner here. We had a lovely meal here. Turkey dinner was great but the desserts were totally totally yummy. I still haven't joined the gym yet to work off my Xmas calories.

1st time in the place the food was great the staff were friendly and the price of the food was very reasonable will be back in the future

my hubby and i were slightly late to a 60th birthday party sun eve a senior staff member didnt greet us in professional way and made it aparant that we were inconvienvce her in some way and that we couldnt b garanteed our meal would be servered with rest of party twice she said this and had no table manners at all wnt b at another party in near future due to this persons bad table manner a real pity but hopefully this wil b a lesson learned to this senior lady who shud b leading by example kind regards

Hearing a lot about the great steak. Mine was like a tough ole boot. Food wasn't hot and we felt rushed. Very disappointed, won't be going back
