Terms & Conditions

Buying a Dress

- When trying dresses on please do not wear make-up or false tan
- All items are bought as seen and are non-refundable
- Once your dress has been paid for it must be taken away immediately
- We offer a payment scheme but the final date must be adhered to
- Payment by cash only - no cheques
- We are not responsible for items after they leave the shop
Selling a Dress

- Sellers details are strictly confidential and will not be given to any third party
- Sellers must be the legal owner of the item and will be asked to supply personal information that requires a signature
- For items to be accepted they must be in excellent condition and dry cleaned or freshly pressed ( a service that we offer)
- Items are accepted at the discretion of The Preloved boutique - please do not be offended if we decide that your dress is not suitable for the store

- Handling fees: These fees are payable on acceptance of the items and are non-refundable. For items under £100 the fee is £5 and for items over £100 the fee is £10.
- Sold items: Once an item is paid for in full the seller receives 70% of the total price. We will contact the seller immediately
