Premier Inn Lisburn

Great place to stay. Fabulous food in best surroundings. Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Typical Premier Inn.Comfortable bed,quiet rooms,standard food. It's in a good location to cover the area,close to the M1, on the outskirts of Lisburn,so convenient to Belfast as well

I won't be back for a meal in the Table Table at Premiere Inn Lisburn! Absolutely awful main course, the sharing starter we had was fine but the mains were barley eatable. The wife's chicken appeared to have been boiled and then charred as though it has been grilled, my double stack blue burger was eatable but I had to give half of it to the wife. The chip's were disgusting, could not eat them at all, could not describe how bad they were. We had a 40% off mains voucher so for a shared starter, 2 mains, 2 cups of tea and 1 dessert with the 40% off it cost us £31 for a terrible meal. We would have got a far nicer fish and chips for £12 with drinks a mile up the road which we would have actually enjoyed. Don't be taken in by the 40% off vouchers that are circulating for this chain.

Comfortable beds. Air conditioned room. Clean bathroom with goid shower. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good generous breakfast. Good for families.

The hotel room itself was fine. However we spent much of our time in the adjoining Bar/Restaurant. The service was terrible. We were waiting ages before we were given a menu to read. It took ages to arrive. Tables were not being cleared. We saw one table that was left for 5 hours before it was cleared. The bar kept running out of glasses because they were not being collected and washed. Fair enough if the place was busy, but it was not that busy at all. I felt sorry for the one bartender who actually was doing some work, he was under serious pressure. None of the other staff seemed concerned about this though. Many of them just seemed to be floating around aimlessly. The place seemed to be very poorly managed.

I stayed for just one night . The room was clean and tidy. The staff where helpful and friendly . Food in the bar attached was also nice
