Wonderful attentive staff even though a busy Saturday night around 7.30pm. The best king prawn spaghetti I've ever had at Prezzo...we all had a great evening. Cannot fault the staff or this restaurant at all. Well done and thank you.

Went for my 20th birthday and the food and service was brilliant. Unaware they would sing happy birthday in front of the entire restaurant I was embarrassed but it was extremely nice of them. Would definitely recommend the pizza's.

It was my first visit to Prezzo in Windsor, my Daughter had high recommendations with the friendly service & fantastic food! I have to say I have to agree with her. Looking forward to my next visit already! I will highly recommend the restaurant, food & service! Absolutely loved it! 🤗

Great service. We had a group of 25 which multiplied to around 30, which the staff accommodated, despite a very busy Saturday . We had no trouble with the service as it was handled efficiently and swiftly as they could. Meals were served in a timely fashion and everyone was happy and I have had free back from my group to say they were very impressed. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Windsor.

Booked a table for 12:30pm, seated immediately, attentive service, food wonderfully hot and flavoursome, friendly atmosphere, 2 for 1 on mains honoured, very happy with experience.

My birthday meal and they had sent me a voucher for a free bottle of prosecco which was worth £28. Got seated quickly but the restaurant soon filled up with lots of families with small children. Had to move tables because of the noise. But had a good evening with good food and good service. Will return.

It was first time we went to Prezzo in Belfast. We like it very much. Now that we live in England,we tried this one I Windsor. The waitresses were nice and polite. It was our son's 10th birthday. They delivered his dessert with candles on. And I just mentioned it to the lady saying that it's his birthday today. He was happy. He was happier when the ice cream was served. I tried a good cocktail drink. Our 2 sons finished it together with the olives as starters. Our main meals were delicious! All in all,it was a good birthday dinner for our son and an excellent meal for us. Everyone was really nice especially the lady who is wearing teeth braces." PREZZO, you rock! Bellissimo!"

Food was fantastic as were the waitresses, we tried this place as it had a huge sign saying kids eat for £1 when ordering a main meal advertised in the window, therefore we were surprised when our bill had us paying full price for them, when we questioned it the manager amended it straight away, but watch out!

The food was fantastic , the waitress was good , but the place was so busy we had a table booked for 8 pm but didn't get seated until 8.40 then waited another half hour to get asked what we wanted to drink !!



They had lots of staff but was over whelmed with the amount of customers.



The bar only had one person behind it and just got messy throughout the evening with dirty glasses .



Only one small dumb waiter built into the wall which was supplying all food from the kitchen which is on another floor level , this is being used to supply all hot food and then take back all used plates/bowls/cutlery .



Good food but very slow service , if you've got time and no screaming kids around it gives you time to chat to the other half or friends , but even if they had someone just making sure every table had drinks they would make more money and keep people happy .

Disappointed, my goats cheese and pepper pizza was bland. I will not hurry back. Great setting and view of the castle

No apology from the manager who's name was "John" but not even sure that was his correct name given. Avoid and use a local non chain restaurant.

Very disappointed. Our starters all were ordered & arrived cold which was a huge shame, however our main meals were loverly but again only warm not not. Wouldn’t revisit the restaurant as wouldn’t want the same displeasment. Most of the staff were loverly, however a couple were very rude & didn’t seem interested in making our visit memorable.

Been before it was so good but we brought people from abroad to get deapire all the other choices! This time wa so disappointed!!

Myself and my family have just left your Windsor restaurant, and felt that we needed to voice our concerns over our experience.



We were supposed to be celebrating my daughters 5th birthday and left thoroughly disappointed with what should have been a celebration.



We booked a table for 1pm for 7 adults and 1 child.



We ordered starters and mains for all adults and a meal for my daughter to arrive with our starters.



Our starters arrived after approximately 45 minutes and were all given to one member of our party to distribute to the correct person. The waitress did not attempt to ask who's was who's, and I can only describe her service as though she 'threw' them on the table.



All starters were cold and we therefore asked that they be returned to the kitchen. This request was greeted with great unwelcome by your member of staff.



Our second starters arrived about 20 minutes later; they too were not much better in temperature, but because we had already been waiting so long, they were eaten.



Our plates were collected, at which point a waiter leant over a member of our party and knocked over a drink. This spilt all over the table, a member of our party and a mobile phone! We understand these things happen, but after already having an abysmal visit, this just heightened our disappointment.



By 2.30, we were still waiting for our main meals; an hour and a half is just unacceptable when we had a young child who at this point was getting restless. We asked to see a manager, but were informed there was no manager on duty and an assistant would have to do. A young woman attended our table and insisted that it wasn't their fault, but they had a new chef whom was not handling the menu well. She said we would receive 50% off our food that we had no choice but to accept.



Our mains arrived after a further 10 minutes. Of 7 main meals, 4 were cold, one had no pancetta and the other was the wrong meal! A pizza was served instead of a calzone. The member of our party asked for it to be returned to the kitchen and that after having waited that long he decided that he didn't want a replacement. A replacement was brought out later, but was sent back. At no point were we offered the basic services such as grated cheeses.



Only one person ate their meal today, with 7 members of our party leaving hungry and thoroughly disappointed; including the birthday girl!



All staff were excessively rude and ignorant to our complaints. They talked about us at the bar and pulled faces and stared at us as they went past our table. This made us very uncomfortable.



We asked for the bill, only to be handed a bill for circa £90 for 2 hours of sheer disappointment.



Our whole party have said they would never return to a Prezzo again after today and quite frankly I'm upset that your establishment ruined my daughters birthday.

Wouldn’t revisit the restaurant as wouldn’t want the same displeasment. Most of the staff were loverly, however a couple were very rude & didn’t seem interested in making our visit memorable.

Been before it was so good but we brought people from abroad to get deapire all the other choices! This time wa so disappointed!!

We went with our friends for late dinner (we know it was quiet late 10pm.)

But not first time its happen but this time menager or someone in chargen was rude and said to us an kitchen its close an we can have just coffe.

What the point guys for you have open restaurant till 11 like website show when the kitchen its close at 10.

Myself and my family have just left your Windsor restaurant, and felt that we needed to voice our concerns over our experience.



We were supposed to be celebrating my daughters 5th birthday and left thoroughly disappointed with what should have been a celebration.



We booked a table for 1pm for 7 adults and 1 child.



We ordered starters and mains for all adults and a meal for my daughter to arrive with our starters.



Our starters arrived after approximately 45 minutes and were all given to one member of our party to distribute to the correct person. The waitress did not attempt to ask who's was who's, and I can only describe her service as though she 'threw' them on the table.



All starters were cold and we therefore asked that they be returned to the kitchen. This request was greeted with great unwelcome by your member of staff.



Our second starters arrived about 20 minutes later; they too were not much better in temperature, but because we had already been waiting so long, they were eaten.



Our plates were collected, at which point a waiter leant over a member of our party and knocked over a drink. This spilt all over the table, a member of our party and a mobile phone! We understand these things happen, but after already having an abysmal visit, this just heightened our disappointment.



By 2.30, we were still waiting for our main meals; an hour and a half is just unacceptable when we had a young child who at this point was getting restless. We asked to see a manager, but were informed there was no manager on duty and an assistant would have to do. A young woman attended our table and insisted that it wasn't their fault, but they had a new chef whom was not handling the menu well. She said we would receive 50% off our food that we had no choice but to accept.



Our mains arrived after a further 10 minutes. Of 7 main meals, 4 were cold, one had no pancetta and the other was the wrong meal! A pizza was served instead of a calzone. The member of our party asked for it to be returned to the kitchen and that after having waited that long he decided that he didn't want a replacement. A replacement was brought out later, but was sent back. At no point were we offered the basic services such as grated cheeses.



Only one person ate their meal today, with 7 members of our party leaving hungry and thoroughly disappointed; including the birthday girl!



All staff were excessively rude and ignorant to our complaints. They talked about us at the bar and pulled faces and stared at us as they went past our table. This made us very uncomfortable.



We asked for the bill, only to be handed a bill for circa £90 for 2 hours of sheer disappointment.



Our whole party have said they would never return to a Prezzo again after today and quite frankly I'm upset that your establishment ruined my daughters birthday.

Wonderful attentive staff even though a busy Saturday night around 7.30pm. The best king prawn spaghetti I've ever had at Prezzo...we all had a great evening. Cannot fault the staff or this restaurant at all. Well done and thank you.

Went for my 20th birthday and the food and service was brilliant. Unaware they would sing happy birthday in front of the entire restaurant I was embarrassed but it was extremely nice of them. Would definitely recommend the pizza's.

It was my first visit to Prezzo in Windsor, my Daughter had high recommendations with the friendly service & fantastic food! I have to say I have to agree with her. Looking forward to my next visit already! I will highly recommend the restaurant, food & service! Absolutely loved it! 🤗

Great service. We had a group of 25 which multiplied to around 30, which the staff accommodated, despite a very busy Saturday . We had no trouble with the service as it was handled efficiently and swiftly as they could. Meals were served in a timely fashion and everyone was happy and I have had free back from my group to say they were very impressed. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone staying in Windsor.

My birthday meal and they had sent me a voucher for a free bottle of prosecco which was worth £28. Got seated quickly but the restaurant soon filled up with lots of families with small children. Had to move tables because of the noise. But had a good evening with good food and good service. Will return.

It was first time we went to Prezzo in Belfast. We like it very much. Now that we live in England,we tried this one I Windsor. The waitresses were nice and polite. It was our son's 10th birthday. They delivered his dessert with candles on. And I just mentioned it to the lady saying that it's his birthday today. He was happy. He was happier when the ice cream was served. I tried a good cocktail drink. Our 2 sons finished it together with the olives as starters. Our main meals were delicious! All in all,it was a good birthday dinner for our son and an excellent meal for us. Everyone was really nice especially the lady who is wearing teeth braces." PREZZO, you rock! Bellissimo!"

Food was fantastic as were the waitresses, we tried this place as it had a huge sign saying kids eat for £1 when ordering a main meal advertised in the window, therefore we were surprised when our bill had us paying full price for them, when we questioned it the manager amended it straight away, but watch out!

The food was fantastic , the waitress was good , but the place was so busy we had a table booked for 8 pm but didn't get seated until 8.40 then waited another half hour to get asked what we wanted to drink !!



They had lots of staff but was over whelmed with the amount of customers.



The bar only had one person behind it and just got messy throughout the evening with dirty glasses .



Only one small dumb waiter built into the wall which was supplying all food from the kitchen which is on another floor level , this is being used to supply all hot food and then take back all used plates/bowls/cutlery .



Good food but very slow service , if you've got time and no screaming kids around it gives you time to chat to the other half or friends , but even if they had someone just making sure every table had drinks they would make more money and keep people happy .

Disappointed, my goats cheese and pepper pizza was bland. I will not hurry back. Great setting and view of the castle
