What a wonderful place.. food was delicious and the service was something else. Just want to say your staff member Manus was wonderful. He greeted us with a smile and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Even right up till we were leaving he recommended the cakes at front and wished us a merry Christmas. I’d come back alone for friendly service like that. He deserves recognition for his wonderful customer service. Thanks manus from all of us today. Ur a star �

We were here this morning for breakfast and have to say it was a very good experience.

My son is ASD and he only likes certain food and he doesn't like certain foods together on the same plate. He ordered the pancakes with maple syrup and sausages on a different plate. Your waiter was very accomadating!

My husband ordered a full cooked breakfast and I had the pancakes with sausage, bacon and poached egg. It was delicious.

Thank you for going the extra mile with my son and making our morning very pleasurable. We really appreciated it and we will be back!

We were at Primrose on the Quay on saturday to kick off our friends hen party celebrations for there beautiful cake and cocktails lunch! We were all very impressed, great cocktails, fancy cakes fantastic staff! Thankyou for having us!

Visited today for Afternoon tea with my Friend, Fantastic service, food was delicious.. Manus your front of house personnel was excellent , very accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us.. sandwiches , scones , pastries were to die for, would highly recommend and I will definitely be back..

This is my favourite place to eat in the town! The food is always amazing, the staff are the best and they have so many gluten free options. And they always serve a perfect coffee ��

Really loved the Carlisle Road Primrose, it was the quirkest wee place with a secret garden area, but everything changes. Primrose on the Quay is exactly the same place in a beautiful location the food beyond belief, the service perfect. Was there yesterday morning for breakfast quite early and was greeted by a young man called Manus who is with his weight in gold,.......he's a great front of house man

I was in today after winning a competition prosecco breakfast and the food was delicious best poached eggs i have ever tasted eveything was perfect and the staff are very friendly and attentive great place great views and definetely great staff.

I took my mum for a wee birthday treat. We decided to sit outside. It is a very tranquil location along the Quay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The cheesecake is to die for!! I will be back! After reading a review about a wedding breakfast I will need to consider this!

QINGDAO 2017/2018 Clipper Yacht Race

Had a lovely birthday breakfast , food was perfect , staff was friendly and the service was quick.

Fabulous breakfast with wonderful friendly staff & a beautiful view over the River Foyle. Felt like we were on the continent. Place buzzing inside & out. So glad we found this gem - will be back soon. Well done everyone - keep up the great work & smiles �

Delicious excellent food ...First class service ...amazing riverfront views ...beautiful interior design interior with a Mediterranean feel and beautiful location !

Amazing place, the staff are fabulous and the food is exquisite highly recommend it. A gem on the river front of our Legenderry City well worth a visit. �

A really lovely place to eat.friendly staff and top class food. The menu is really unique and a nice change from the usual places in derry. Love the dessert choices being displayed like a bakery.tried the mussels to share a starter and it was very tasty

Went here today for breakfast was very disappointed we go here regularly and usually are more than happy but today we waited nearly 20 mins to get served so I went inside to see if we could order the girl behind the counter said someone would be out now to take our Order after another 5 mins still no1 came so I went back inside to get served same girl was on the other side of the counter seen me coming with menus and threw me a dirty look I wasn't very impressed with this behaviour I ignored this and asked another member of staff who took my order with no problem some people shouldn't be waitressing if they have this kind of attitude it's very off putting for customers!

Primrose only received a 7/10 score today. Beans tasted a bit of vinegar dont know if they're trying to go fancy with the beans but it doesn't work. Sausage was cooked too quickly skin bit blackened and slightly pinkish inside. Mushroom tasted a bit off. Disappointed theyll need to up there game next time or theyll drop out of the top 5 fry ups!!!!

My partner Tim asked what was on the fry and a member of staff explained . We said that would do us. We came back and took a seat . The place is spotless . Our fry wasn’t what we expected and I didn’t like the taste of most of it . I only ate the sausage bacon scrambled egg and beans . Had lovely pot of tea and the staff were polite and helpful .

Went recently for breakfast. Coffee was served before breakfast and it wasn’t that warm. Had to ask for a glass of water 3 Times before eventually getting it, wasn’t busy so no excuse. Breakfast was just ok, not worth the price.
