By now most if not all of you will be aware of the tragic passing of Caroline Flack. Unfortunately mental health can be a silent and invisible struggle for many. No matter who we are, or what we do in the world it can stop you in your tracks and make even the smallest things in daily life seem impossible. I am not ashamed to say I to have suffered from mental health issues. There is help and there is light in the darkness. I was lucky to have a strong family and friends ...support network to help me. If you know of someone anyone that may be struggling please reach out to them, it really can make such a huge difference to them to know that someone cares enough to ask ARE YOU OK? If you are struggling download the Here2Help app where you can find out where you can get some help. Do not be afraid or more importantly do not be ashamed to ask for help, we ALL need a little help now and again. I am going to finish with a hashtag Caroline used and words that can mean so much #BENICE #Here2Help

4 premises searched Significant amount of cash seized 1 arrest
Not bad for one afternoon!
... Today’s operation was in direct response to concerns within the community regarding the availability of drugs.
You have made it clear you do not want or welcome the criminal gangs who prey on the vulnerable for criminal or financial gain - neither do we!
You tell us where the drugs are and who is dealing and we will do the rest.

Police were in attendance promoting the here2help App Roadshow at Carrickfergus Academy where over 600 young people from Carrickfergus Academy, Carrickfergus Grammar, and Ulidia Integrated College heard from PSNI, Start 360, Noel McKee and Therese Burke. A big thank you to our partner agencies and particularly Noel Mckee for coming up with such a great App to help out most vulnerable.

If you know a Ciara you’ll agree there’s nothing worse than catching her in a bad mood!
This weekend the normally delightful Ciara is planning to be more disruptive than usual, as we deal with #StormCiara
Are you ready for the weather the Met Office have told us to expect?
... Watch out for falling trees or power lines Secure garden furniture (including trampolines) Prepare for disruption to travel Be careful near the coast, large waves and debris can be dangerous
A few weeks ago we had bad flooding so if we’ve the same issues over the next couple of days remember to report any flooding on the number below.
My advice - Don’t go out unless you have to.
I would tag my friend Ciara in this post but it’s probably not worth it.....

I have been working in Larne for the last few months but today I have had the pleasure of returning to work for a day in Ballymena. It is nice to be back and see some of the familiar faces around the town and some familiar sights.
