Although Qualmet specialise in industrial Enclosures, we also manufacture a variety of other large structures. Here are a few shots of some of the recent work which include walkways, access staircases, Generator bases and Huge stockpiling conveyors.

A few shots of the massive Qualmet manufactured 65dB enclosure with 3 way attenuation / ventilation. This machine has been installed as back up generator at the new Almac facility in Dundalk by our friends at Edina .

Another super wide load, this time its super tall too, 4mx4mx12m, just on the transport limits in all directions. This is one of 2 getting fitted with a v16 engine with a 2500 kVa alternator by AJ power. It will then be escorted across UK and Europe to its final customer in Switzerland.

A very tidy CHP setup using one of our low noise 65dB enclosures. This was supplied and installed in Ballymena leisure centre by our friends in Low Carbon Solutions.

These generators don't get any smaller, this is one of eight which are 14m long and 3.4m wide. Thanks again to MGS transport for transporting these 'oversize' loads to site safely.

It's not often our products are despatched by plane. These 4 gensets were the first batch of 12 despatched from AJpower on a specially chartered Antonov cargo plane from Stansted directly to Angola. Apparently this plane can take a total of seven 40ft containers, and has a potential payload of 100 metric tons, a serious plane!!

Another sizeable enclosure complete with pressure tested oil tanks leaving the factory. Not often we get them in red, it looked very well, even matched to lorry!!🚚

Some of these boiler houses can be a challenging load to get to site, well done Monaghan transport !!

A couple of massive 4250 mm wide boiler houses leaving the yard, on their way for fit out in Derry. These will eventually be lifted 9 storeys up and placed on top of the new city quays development opposite the odyssey in belfast. Thanks to Stewart Reid transport for the successful delivery of this challenging load.

Generator enclosure number 41 of 41 despatched today. All completed in 9 weeks. Amazing achievement by all the team, very well done guys. Roll on Christmas!!🎅🏻🎄
