Good win today for St James Swifts. All the lads putting in a massive effort. As per usual, great set up to be involved with and happy to play my part.
Busy few weeks ahead with training, mid week games and irish cup game at the weekend so recovery essential. Looking forward to a few sessions over the next few days.

One of the best I’ve been too. James knows his stuff and takes his time and was very thorough in his work. Explaining everything as he went and identified the problem quickly. Sent me emails with exercises and follow up treatment the very same day. Definitely be back again. Thanks again James
